Hist\u00f3rico e import\u00e2ncia da pesquisa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Baterias de \u00edons de l\u00edtio s\u00e3o amplamente utilizadas em baterias de energia, sistemas de armazenamento de energia e eletr\u00f4nicos de consumo devido \u00e0s suas vantagens de alta densidade energ\u00e9tica, alta pot\u00eancia, longa vida \u00fatil e respeito ao meio ambiente. Entre os diversos materiais cat\u00f3dicos, o Fosfato de Ferro e L\u00edtio (LiFePO\u2084 ou LFP) tornou-se um material cat\u00f3dico popular devido \u00e0 sua alta seguran\u00e7a, custo relativamente baixo e boa estabilidade estrutural. No entanto, o desempenho de processamento do LFP afeta diretamente a qualidade da chapa do eletrodo e o desempenho da bateria, sendo o processo de britagem uma etapa fundamental no controle do tamanho e da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o das part\u00edculas do material. M\u00e9todos Experimentais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LFP precursor was prepared using iron phosphate as the iron source via a carbothermal reduction method. The initial material, labeled LFP-0, was obtained after spray drying and high-temperature sintering. A QLM-2 type jet mill was used to process LFP-0 under different feed speeds (0.50 kg\/h, 0.75 kg\/h, 1.00 kg\/h, 1.25 kg\/h) and grinding pressures (15 m\u00b3\/h, 18 m\u00b3\/h, 21 m\u00b3\/h, 24 m\u00b3\/h), yielding multiple sample groups. Material physical properties were characterized using a particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and powder resistivity meter. The samples were then made into electrode sheets and 6 Ah pouch cells for systematic testing of slurry fineness, viscosity, electrode sheet compaction density, and cell capacity and impedance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"333\" height=\"449\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-8_\u526f\u672c.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16031\" style=\"width:381px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-8_\u526f\u672c.webp 333w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-8_\u526f\u672c-222x300.webp 222w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-8_\u526f\u672c-9x12.webp 9w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 333px) 100vw, 333px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. An\u00e1lise do material inicial pr\u00e9-fresado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O material LFP-0 n\u00e3o mo\u00eddo consistia em part\u00edculas esf\u00e9ricas com uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o granulom\u00e9trica concentrada: D\u2085\u2080 era de 16,3 \u03bcm e Dm\u00e1x excedeu 30 \u03bcm. A finura da pasta correspondente atingiu 37\u201339<br>\u03bcm, excedendo o padr\u00e3o aceit\u00e1vel da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o (\u226435 \u03bcm). A densidade de compacta\u00e7\u00e3o da folha de eletrodo foi de apenas 2,17 g\/cm\u00b3, inferior aos requisitos para baterias de energia e armazenamento de energia (\u22652,40 g\/cm\u00b3). Embora a capacidade espec\u00edfica de descarga de 0,1C tenha atingido 160,8 mAh\/g, o baixo desempenho de processamento indicou a necessidade do processo de moagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Impacto da velocidade de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o no desempenho do LFP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantendo a press\u00e3o de moagem constante em 21 m\u00b3\/h, foi estudada a influ\u00eancia de diferentes velocidades de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Tamanho e morfologia das part\u00edculas:<\/strong> Velocidades de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais baixas resultaram em melhor efici\u00eancia de moagem. As part\u00edculas do LFP-I50 (0,50 kg\/h) foram uniformes com Dmax &lt; 10 \u03bcm; o LFP-I75 (0,75 kg\/h) apresentou leve aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o com Dmax &lt; 20 \u03bcm; enquanto o LFP-I100 e o LFP-I125, devido \u00e0 velocidade de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o excessivamente alta, apresentaram part\u00edculas insuficientemente quebradas com Dmax pr\u00f3ximo a 50 \u03bcm, semelhante ao material inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Desempenho da pasta e da folha de eletrodos:<\/strong> Com o aumento da velocidade de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, a finura da pasta aumentou significativamente (de 21 \u03bcm para 42 \u03bcm), o teor de s\u00f3lidos aumentou ligeiramente e a viscosidade mudou pouco. A densidade de compacta\u00e7\u00e3o da folha de eletrodos diminuiu de 2,46 g\/cm\u00b3 para 2,40 g\/cm\u00b3. No entanto, a imped\u00e2ncia eletroqu\u00edmica (Rct) aumentou com velocidades de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais altas, indicando que velocidades de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o excessivamente altas danificam a camada de revestimento de carbono, aumentando a resist\u00eancia interfacial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"386\" height=\"292\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-11_\u526f\u672c.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16034\" style=\"width:414px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-11_\u526f\u672c.webp 386w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-11_\u526f\u672c-300x227.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/640-11_\u526f\u672c-16x12.webp 16w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V. Impacto da press\u00e3o de moagem no desempenho do LFP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A uma velocidade de avan\u00e7o constante de 0,75 kg\/h, foi estudada a influ\u00eancia de diferentes press\u00f5es de moagem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Tamanho e morfologia das part\u00edculas: a uma press\u00e3o de 15 m\u00b3\/h, a quebra das part\u00edculas foi insuficiente, com Dmax &gt; 10 \u03bcm; quando a press\u00e3o aumentou para 21 m\u00b3\/h e acima, o Dmax diminuiu para menos de 20 \u03bcm; a grande maioria das part\u00edculas LFP-V24 (24 m\u00b3\/h) eram menores que 2 \u03bcm, com uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de tamanho concentrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Comportamento eletroqu\u00edmico: Todas as amostras atingiram capacidades acima de 159 mAh\/g. Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o Abrangente e Conclus\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao equilibrar o controle do tamanho das part\u00edculas, o desempenho do processamento e o desempenho eletroqu\u00edmico, os par\u00e2metros ideais do processo foram determinados como: velocidade de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,75 kg\/h, press\u00e3o de moagem de 21 m\u00b3\/h. Sugest\u00f5es de Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Pr\u00e1tica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os fabricantes de LFP precisam ajustar dinamicamente o processo de moagem com base na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho das part\u00edculas, na morfologia do SEM e nos espectros de imped\u00e2ncia da bateria. Isso evita danos \u00e0 camada de revestimento de carbono por moagem excessiva ou comprometimento do desempenho do processamento devido \u00e0 moagem insuficiente.
