As mat\u00e9rias-primas s\u00e3o calcita natural, calc\u00e1rio, dolomita, giz, conchas, etc. O carbonato de c\u00e1lcio precipitado, conhecido como PCC, \u00e9 produzido por meio de processamento qu\u00edmico. Ele n\u00e3o apenas ajuda a reduzir o custo da mat\u00e9ria-prima de produtos pl\u00e1sticos, como tamb\u00e9m melhora certas propriedades dos materiais pl\u00e1sticos. Alguns produtos de alta qualidade podem chegar a at\u00e9 0,1%;<br>Os produtos PCC comuns normalmente t\u00eam um teor de umidade de 0,3%\u20130,8%, que pode variar e \u00e9 menos est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">06 Forma da part\u00edcula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">As caracter\u00edsticas do p\u00f3 de GCC incluem: formas irregulares de part\u00edculas, part\u00edculas angulares, superf\u00edcies rugosas, varia\u00e7\u00e3o significativa do tamanho de part\u00edculas, ampla distribui\u00e7\u00e3o granulom\u00e9trica e tamanhos de part\u00edculas maiores. A britagem e o refino n\u00e3o alteram a forma cristalina do GCC. Geralmente, o GCC \u00e0 base de calcita \u00e9 hexagonal, enquanto o GCC \u00e0 base de m\u00e1rmore \u00e9 c\u00fabico. Carbonato de c\u00e1lcio em cadeia: tamanho m\u00e9dio de part\u00edcula de 0,01 a 0,1 \u03bcm, raz\u00e3o de aspecto de 10 a 50. Carbonato de c\u00e1lcio esf\u00e9rico: tamanho m\u00e9dio de part\u00edcula de 0,03 a 0,05 \u03bcm. Quando usado como enchimento em alimentos como biscoitos, pode produzir um sabor sufocante ou irritante.<br>O GCC, por outro lado, n\u00e3o tem esse sabor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">08 Tamanho das part\u00edculas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A faixa de tamanho de part\u00edcula dos produtos GCC \u00e9 de 0,5 a 45 \u03bcm.
