A brancura, o tamanho das part\u00edculas e outros indicadores do produto modificado permaneceram semelhantes ao p\u00f3 original. Ele atende ao requisito do produto de 10 \u00b5m dentro do mesmo tempo de moagem. Isso ocorre porque ele j\u00e1 \u00e9 um dos enchimentos minerais n\u00e3o met\u00e1licos mais dispers\u00edveis, deixando espa\u00e7o limitado para melhorias adicionais por meio da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em termos de dureza e ades\u00e3o, o sulfato de b\u00e1rio modificado na superf\u00edcie n\u00e3o mostra nenhuma melhora significativa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao p\u00f3 original. A varia\u00e7\u00e3o de dureza entre diferentes cargas depende principalmente de sua dureza Mohs, com sulfato de b\u00e1rio classificado em 3, que \u00e9 considerado m\u00e9dio. Como n\u00e3o \u00e9 normalmente usado para aumentar a dureza do filme de tinta, a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o tem pouco efeito neste aspecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao brilho, o sulfato de b\u00e1rio modificado tem desempenho similar ao p\u00f3 original. Isso ocorre porque os agentes de acoplamento de silano dependem principalmente da hidr\u00f3lise para formar grupos hidroxila, que se ligam a grupos hidroxila na superf\u00edcie mineral. Como o sulfato de b\u00e1rio tem um baixo teor de hidroxila, o efeito da modifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fraco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado, os agentes de acoplamento de titanato formam uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica com o enchimento inorg\u00e2nico por meio de grupos alc\u00f3xi, criando uma monocamada org\u00e2nica ativa na interface inorg\u00e2nico-org\u00e2nica. Isso melhora a compatibilidade entre sulfato de b\u00e1rio e resinas org\u00e2nicas, aumentando significativamente a resist\u00eancia a \u00e1cidos e \u00e1gua do revestimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conclus\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O sulfato de b\u00e1rio oferece vantagens como alta gravidade espec\u00edfica, part\u00edculas densas e baixa absor\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo, resultando em boa dispersibilidade e ades\u00e3o. No entanto, a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie fornece pouca melhoria nessas propriedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como o sulfato de b\u00e1rio tem uma dureza Mohs de 3, ele n\u00e3o \u00e9 adequado para aumentar a dureza do filme de tinta. Al\u00e9m disso, devido ao seu baixo teor de hidroxila, a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o com agentes de acoplamento de silano \u00e9 ineficaz, levando a um aprimoramento m\u00ednimo do desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es testadas, os agentes de acoplamento de titanato alcan\u00e7am os melhores resultados.
