Al\u00e9m disso, se a viscosidade for muito baixa, a cera precipitar\u00e1 facilmente, o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 prop\u00edcio para a dispers\u00e3o de enchimentos. Se a viscosidade for muito alta, afetar\u00e1 a velocidade de extrus\u00e3o e a capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Penetra\u00e7\u00e3o de agulha<\/td><td>1-4<\/td><td>Quanto maior a penetra\u00e7\u00e3o da agulha, mais macia \u00e9 a graxa, ou seja, menor \u00e9 a viscosidade; vice-versa, mais dura \u00e9 a graxa, ou seja, maior \u00e9 a viscosidade.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. <strong>Caracter\u00edsticas e Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A cera de polietileno exibe excelente lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o externa e forte lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o interna. \u00c9 bem sol\u00favel em resinas como polietileno, cloreto de polivinila e polipropileno. Al\u00e9m disso, tem baixa viscosidade, alto ponto de amolecimento, boa dureza, n\u00e3o toxicidade, boa estabilidade t\u00e9rmica e baixa volatilidade em alta temperatura. Tem excelente resist\u00eancia \u00e0 umidade em temperatura ambiente, forte resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica e excelentes propriedades el\u00e9tricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No processamento de pl\u00e1stico, ele serve como um lubrificante eficiente no processamento de extrus\u00e3o, calandragem e inje\u00e7\u00e3o de poliolefinas. Isso pode melhorar a efici\u00eancia do processamento, evitando a ades\u00e3o de filmes, tubos e folhas, e aumentando a suavidade e o brilho dos produtos acabados. Selecionar a cera de polietileno apropriada no processamento de PVC pode atrasar ou acelerar o processo de gelifica\u00e7\u00e3o.
