In maalsystemen kan het energieverbruik sterk vari\u00ebren, afhankelijk van de hardheid van het materiaal, de gewenste deeltjesgrootte en het ontwerp van de molen. Industri\u00eble maalmolens verbruiken doorgaans elektriciteit, gemeten in kilowattuur per ton (kWh\/t) verwerkt erts.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>In de cementindustrie verbruiken kogelmolens bijvoorbeeld ongeveer 10-25 kWh\/t, afhankelijk van de hardheid van het materiaal. Walsmolens verbruiken doorgaans 4,5-8,5 kWh\/t. Deze cijfers benadrukken de enorme energiebehoefte van het malen en de mogelijkheden voor optimalisatie door geavanceerde molenontwerpen en operationele controle.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"25px\"},\"elements\":{\"link\":{\"color\":{\"text\":\"var:preset|color|ast-global-color-0\"}}}},\"textColor\":\"ast-global-color-0\"} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"font-size: 25px\">Straalmolens en hun energieprofiel<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Straalmolens maken gebruik van hogesnelheidslucht om deeltjes tegelijkertijd te vermalen en te classificeren. Dit maakt ze zeer geschikt voor ultrafijne verpulvering, zoals bij de productie van erts, mineralen en chemisch poeder. Het energieverbruik van straalmolens is afhankelijk van de fysische eigenschappen van het vermalen materiaal, de toevoerhoeveelheid, de luchtsnelheid en de werking van de classificator.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Maalcircuits voor magnetieterts verbruiken tot ongeveer 33 kWh\/ton erts dat in de maalfasen wordt verwerkt. Dat is het hoogste energieniveau voor ertsvermaling in de industrie. De bedrijfsvariabelen met de grootste impact zijn de luchtstroom (luchtstroomvolume en -snelheid) en de motorstroom van de separator (classificatie-effici\u00ebntie). Deze factoren bepalen nauwgezet de doorvoersnelheid van de molen en het energieverbruik voor het malen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Beheersing en optimalisatie van deze parameters kan leiden tot een aanzienlijke verlaging van het energieverbruik, terwijl de productkwaliteit en de maalprestaties behouden blijven. Daarnaast zijn continue training van operators en procesbewaking essentieel voor energiezuinige processen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"25px\"},\"elements\":{\"link\":{\"color\":{\"text\":\"var:preset|color|ast-global-color-0\"}}}},\"textColor\":\"ast-global-color-0\"} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"font-size: 25px\">Ondersteuning van industri\u00eble gegevens met energieverbruiksgegevens<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cementmaalinstallaties verbruiken doorgaans 110-120 kWh elektriciteit per ton klinkerproductie, waarbij het malen ongeveer 40% van het totale elektriciteitsverbruik vertegenwoordigt.
