Mis deze 7 vulstoffen niet!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In de diverse toepassingen van kunststofproducten is slijtvastheid een kritische prestatie-indicator die zowel de bruikbaarheid als de levensduur van kunststofcomponenten aanzienlijk be\u00efnvloedt. Omdat kunststoffen steeds vaker worden gebruikt in de automobielindustrie, machinebouw, elektronica en andere industrie\u00ebn, is het verbeteren van hun slijtvastheid belangrijker dan ooit. Om wrijving en slijtage effectief te verminderen, worden doorgaans twee methoden gebruikt: <strong>het toevoegen van smeermiddelen en het inbouwen van versterkende materialen.<\/strong> Daarom is het integreren van versterkende materialen om de slijtvastheid en zelf-smering te verbeteren, de voorkeursoplossing in de industrie geworden. Hieronder bespreken we zeven veelgebruikte vulstoffen die de slijtvastheid van kunststoffen verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel smeermiddelen de wrijving enigszins kunnen verminderen, hebben ze ook aanzienlijke nadelen. Na verloop van tijd kunnen oli\u00ebn degraderen, waardoor hun smerende werking afneemt. Ze vereisen ook regelmatig onderhoud en moeten regelmatig opnieuw worden aangebracht, wat de operationele kosten en arbeid verhoogt. Polytetrafluorethyleen (PTFE, Teflon)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PTFE, ontdekt door DuPont in 1938, is algemeen bekend als Teflon. Het biedt uitzonderlijke antiaanbakeigenschappen en een uitstekende zelf-smering, waardoor het ideaal is voor antiaanbaklagen zoals die in kookgerei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als slijtvast additief heeft PTFE-micropoeder de laagste wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van alle wrijvingsverlagende additieven. Het vormt een gladde, smerende film op het oppervlak van onderdelen en vermindert slijtage effectief, vooral bij toepassingen met hoge belasting. De optimale toevoegingsverhouding is 15% voor amorfe kunststoffen en 20% voor kristallijne kunststoffen. PTFE-micropoeder wordt veel gebruikt in technische kunststoffen, coatings, inkten, smeermiddelen en rubber om de slijtvastheid, krasbestendigheid en antiaanbakeigenschappen te verbeteren en tegelijkertijd de algehele smering te verbeteren. Molybdeendisulfide<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Molybdeendisulfide (MoS\u2082) is een donker vast smeermiddelpoeder met een metaalachtige glans en een gladde textuur. Het presteert uitzonderlijk goed bij hoge temperaturen en druk en wordt vaak beschouwd als een hoogwaardig vast smeermiddel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In technische kunststoffen wordt het voornamelijk gebruikt om nylon te versterken. Zo vertoont nylon 66 gemengd met MoS\u2082 een verbeterde stijfheid, hardheid en maatvastheid in vergelijking met pure hars. De kristalstructuur van MoS\u2082 verbetert het draagvermogen en de slijtvastheid van het materiaal. Hoewel de slagvastheid enigszins kan afnemen, wordt het veel gebruikt in tandwielen, lagers, afdichtingen en glijders om slijtage te verminderen en de bedrijfszekerheid te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>3. Deze eigenschap is vooral waardevol in vochtige omgevingen waar water de wrijving kan verhogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als slijtvast additief wordt grafiet vaak toegepast in onderdelen die aan water worden blootgesteld, zoals pomphuizen, waaiers en klepafdichtingen. Het verhoogt de slijtvastheid van kunststoffen aanzienlijk in vochtige omstandigheden of onder water, waardoor er minder onderhoud nodig is en de levensduur wordt verlengd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4. Polysiloxaan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Polysiloxaan is een migrerend slijtvast additief. Wanneer het aan thermoplasten wordt toegevoegd, migreert het geleidelijk naar het oppervlak en vormt het een continue beschermende film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De viscositeit van polysiloxaan bepaalt de prestaties: een lagere viscositeit leidt tot snellere migratie en betere slijtvastheid. Een te dunne viscositeit kan echter te snel verdampen of migreren, waardoor de effectiviteit afneemt. Het kiezen van de juiste viscositeit is essentieel voor optimale prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">5. Het biedt een hoge sterkte, thermische weerstand en corrosiebestendigheid.<br>Hoewel het op zichzelf broos is, versterkt het kunststofconstructies aanzienlijk door mechanische verbindingen tussen polymeermoleculen te cre\u00ebren. Deze integratie verbetert de structurele integriteit en slijtvastheid. Het wordt vaak gebruikt in pompen, kleppen, lagers, tandwielen en steunen om de duurzaamheid en het draagvermogen te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">6. Koolstofvezel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koolstofvezel wordt geproduceerd door organische precursors bij hoge temperaturen te carboniseren. Net als glasvezel verbetert het de structurele integriteit, slijtvastheid en belastbaarheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is echter zachter en minder schurend dan glasvezel, waardoor het geschikt is voor toepassingen waarbij krassen op het oppervlak moeten worden vermeden. De zelf-smerende eigenschappen maken het ideaal voor olievrije lagers, tandwielen en zuigerveren in high-end toepassingen zoals de lucht- en ruimtevaart en precisiemachines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">7. Aramidevezel (Kevlar)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aramidevezel, ontwikkeld door DuPont in de jaren 60, is een zeer sterke synthetische vezel met uitstekende hitte- en chemische bestendigheid. Hij is vijf tot zes keer sterker dan staal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als slijtvast additief is het zachter en minder schurend dan glas- of koolstofvezels. Het is met name nuttig in toepassingen waar oppervlaktebescherming essentieel is.
