Bij aluminiumoxidekeramiek bij 1550 \u00b0C zorgen additieven in de vloeibare fase voor een herschikking van de korrels. Dit verlaagt de porositeit tot 1,2% en verhoogt de breuktaaiheid met 60%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vernet polyethyleen (XLPE) biedt vergelijkbare voordelen. Wanneer de maaltemperatuur stijgt van 30 \u00b0C naar 45 \u00b0C, krimpen de deeltjesstaarten tot bolvormige vormen. De bulkdichtheid van 17% neemt toe van 0,35 naar 0,41 g\/cm\u00b3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nanozirkonia laat dit ook zien. Calcineren bij 400-600 \u00b0C laat deeltjes groeien van 25 nm tot 50 nm. Dichtere pakking verbetert de stromingseigenschappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het overschrijden van kritische temperaturen maakt deze winst echter ongedaan. TiO\u2082 transformeert van anataas naar rutiel boven 600 \u00b0C. Deeltjes worden grover tot 290-960 nm, waardoor de pakkingseffici\u00ebntie afneemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polyethyleenpoeders worden zacht en agglomereren bij hoge temperaturen. Dit verhoogt de rusthoek met 20%. PTC-poeders vertonen vergelijkbare problemen. Sproeidrogen boven 400 \u00b0C verlaagt de bulkdichtheid van 1,2 naar 0,9 g\/cm\u00b3 door uitzetting van de deeltjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materiaalspecifieke temperatuurvensters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elk materiaal heeft een unieke temperatuurrespons. XLPE presteert het beste bij 45-55 \u00b0C. Boven 55 \u00b0C beginnen deeltjes aan elkaar te klonteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nanozirkonia bereikt een dichtheid van 3,2 g\/cm\u00b3 bij 400-600 \u00b0C. Boven 900 \u00b0C vermindert clustering de dichtheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alumina-CAS-keramiek bereikt een dichtheid van &gt;97% bij 1500-1550 \u00b0C. Bij 1600 \u00b0C verhoogt verdamping van de vloeistoffase de porositeit tot 3,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onderliggende mechanismen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperatuur verandert de morfologie van deeltjes. Polyethyleendeeltjes vervormen naarmate de moleculaire ketens bewegen. Dit vergroot het contactoppervlak bij hogere temperaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>XLPE-deeltjes worden gladder bij 45 \u00b0C. De oppervlakteruwheid (Ra) neemt af van 1,2 \u03bcm tot 0,8 \u03bcm, waardoor de stromingsweerstand afneemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faseovergangen spelen ook een rol. LZS-glaskeramiek verandert van kristalstructuur bij 725 \u00b0C. Staafvormige kristallen nemen af bij 60%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CeO\u2082-poeders krijgen een vloei-index van 15% per 100 \u00b0C stijging. Dit komt door verbeterde kristallisatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procesbeheersing is ook belangrijk. Alumina profiteert van tweestaps sinteren.
