De verflaag vertoont een goede zuur- en alkalibestendigheid, lage viscositeit en een soepele egalisatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anorganische vulstoffen kunnen echter problemen hebben met de interfacecompatibiliteit met organische harsen, wat de uiteindelijke fysieke en chemische eigenschappen van de verflaag be\u00efnvloedt. Er werd een vergelijkende studie uitgevoerd door de conventionele mechanische eigenschappen, initi\u00eble waterbestendigheid, zoutnevelbestendigheid, bestendigheid tegen gedemineraliseerd water op kamertemperatuur, bestendigheid tegen 0,1 mol\/L zwavelzuur en bestendigheid tegen 0,1 mol\/L natriumhydroxide van de verffilm te testen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Experimenteel proces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"753\" height=\"645\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15007\" style=\"width:968px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E.webp 753w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-300x257.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-14x12.webp 14w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-600x514.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 753px) 100vw, 753px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voorbereidingsproces:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Voeg epoxy-esterhars en op water gebaseerd droogmiddel achtereenvolgens toe, roer met 400-600 tpm op lage snelheid. Voeg vervolgens de neutralisator DMEA toe en blijf roeren op lage snelheid.<br>(2) Voeg geleidelijk kleine hoeveelheden water toe voor emulsievorming, waarbij de snelheid wordt aangepast tot ongeveer 1000 tpm, afhankelijk van het emulsieproces.<br>(3) Voeg na het emulgeren het dispergeermiddel en het antischuimmiddel in volgorde toe, zodat een gelijkmatige dispersie ontstaat.<br>(4) Voeg koolstofzwart toe, roer op lage snelheid en doe het deksel erop nadat alle materialen zijn toegevoegd. Dispergeer met ongeveer 1200 tpm en voeg vervolgens bariumsulfaat en strontiumchroomgeel toe. Blijf dispergeren voordat u alle resterende componenten toevoegt voor verdere dispersie.<br>(5) Voeg zirkoniumkorrels toe voor het malen bij 3000-3500 tpm gedurende 1 uur, waarbij de fijnheid van de schraper dienovereenkomstig wordt aangepast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Experimentele resultaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1 Prestatievergelijking van verschillende ultrafijne bariumsulfaten<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De fundamentele fysische eigenschappen van ultrafijn bariumsulfaat werden getest volgens de <strong>GB\/T<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"761\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15008\" style=\"width:979px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp 761w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-300x117.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-18x7.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-600x234.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a037041-2018<\/strong>\u00a0standaard, met resultaten weergegeven in Tabel 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drie verschillende oppervlaktemodificatoren werden gebruikt om bariumsulfaatpoeder te modificeren. De witheid, deeltjesgrootte en andere indicatoren van het gemodificeerde product bleven vergelijkbaar met het originele poeder. De olie-absorptie nam met 1 punt af, maar de reductie was niet significant. Dit kwam doordat het koppelingsmiddel dat als modificator werd gebruikt, de olie-absorptie van het poeder niet sterk be\u00efnvloedde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De vier soorten bariumsulfaatvullers werden bereid op basis van de formule in Tabel 1 en hun toepassingsprestaties in epoxy-esterprimers op waterbasis werden vergeleken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2 Conventionele prestatietest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"775\" height=\"475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15009\" style=\"width:978px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp 775w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-300x184.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-768x471.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-18x12.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-600x368.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 775px) 100vw, 775px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanneer bariumsulfaat gemodificeerd met verschillende middelen wordt gebruikt in op water gebaseerde epoxy-esterprimer, blijft de dispergeerbaarheid ervan consistent. Het voldoet aan de productvereiste van 10 \u00b5m binnen dezelfde maaltijd. Dit komt omdat het al een van de meest dispergeerbare niet-metalen minerale vulstoffen is, waardoor er weinig ruimte is voor verdere verbetering door oppervlaktemodificatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qua hardheid en hechting vertoont oppervlaktegemodificeerd bariumsulfaat geen significante verbetering ten opzichte van het originele poeder. De hardheidsvariatie tussen verschillende vulstoffen hangt voornamelijk af van hun Mohs-hardheid, waarbij bariumsulfaat een score van 3 heeft, wat als medium wordt beschouwd. Omdat het doorgaans niet wordt gebruikt om de hardheid van de verffilm te verbeteren, heeft modificatie weinig effect op dit aspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat betreft glans, presteert het gemodificeerde bariumsulfaat vergelijkbaar met het originele poeder. Dit komt omdat silaankoppelingsmiddelen voornamelijk afhankelijk zijn van hydrolyse om hydroxylgroepen te vormen, die zich binden met hydroxylgroepen op het mineraaloppervlak. Omdat bariumsulfaat een laag hydroxylgehalte heeft, is het modificatie-effect zwak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan de andere kant vormen titanaatkoppelingsmiddelen een chemische binding met de anorganische vulstof via alkoxygroepen, waardoor een organische actieve monolaag ontstaat op de anorganisch-organische interface. Dit verbetert de compatibiliteit tussen bariumsulfaat en organische harsen, wat de zuur- en waterbestendigheid van de coating aanzienlijk verbetert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conclusie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bariumsulfaat biedt voordelen zoals een hoge soortelijke massa, dichte deeltjes en lage olie-absorptie, wat resulteert in een goede dispergeerbaarheid en hechting. Oppervlaktemodificatie biedt echter weinig verbetering in deze eigenschappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omdat bariumsulfaat een Mohs-hardheid van 3 heeft, is het niet geschikt om de hardheid van de verffilm te verhogen. Bovendien is modificatie met silaankoppelingsmiddelen ineffectief vanwege het lage hydroxylgehalte, wat leidt tot minimale prestatieverbetering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Van de geteste modificaties behalen titanaatkoppelingsmiddelen de beste resultaten.
