Be\u00efnvloedende factoren<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eigenschappen van deeltjes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deeltjesgrootte en -verdeling<\/strong>:Hoe kleiner de deeltjesgrootte en hoe breder de spreiding, hoe groter de wrijving tussen de deeltjes en hoe hoger de samendrukbaarheid (nano-SP-koolstofzwart heeft bijvoorbeeld een grote elastische rebound vanwege het grote specifieke oppervlak).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Morfologie en oppervlakteruwheid<\/strong>: Sferische deeltjes hebben een goede vloeibaarheid en lage samendrukbaarheid. Vlokkige\/vezelachtige deeltjes zijn geneigd pori\u00ebn te vormen en vereisen een hogere druk voor verdichting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elastische modulus<\/strong>: Materialen met een hoge modulus (bijv. NCM-ternaire materialen) ervaren voornamelijk plastische vervorming met minimale drukverminderende rebound. Materialen met een lage modulus (bijv. polymeerbindmiddel PVDF) hebben een hoog aandeel elastische rek, wat leidt tot aanzienlijke rebound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additief effect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geleidende stof (bijv. SP)<\/strong>:Nano-koolstofzwart is gevoelig voor het opbouwen van elastische spanning vanwege de ketenstructuur, waardoor de rebound van het gemengde systeem (NCM+SP+PVDF) meer dan 50% hoger is dan die van zuiver NCM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bindmiddel (bijv. PVDF)<\/strong>: Het bindmiddel be\u00efnvloedt de interactie tussen deeltjes via grensvlakbindingskrachten. In het NCM-systeem is de binding van PVDF met aluminiumfolie bijvoorbeeld sterker dan die met actieve stoffen.
