Het komt in twee hoofdvormen voor: licht calciumcarbonaat (neergeslagen calciumcarbonaat) en zwaar calciumcarbonaat. Licht calciumcarbonaat wordt chemisch geproduceerd, terwijl zwaar calciumcarbonaat wordt gemaakt door mechanisch breken en malen. Hun dichtheden zijn vergelijkbaar: 2,4\u20132,6 g\/cm\u00b3 voor licht calcium en 2,6\u20132,9 g\/cm\u00b3 voor zwaar calcium. Het belangrijkste verschil zit in hun schijnbare dichtheid, die van invloed is op hoe ze in volume bezinken. Licht calcium heeft doorgaans een sedimentatievolume van meer dan 2,5 ml\/g, terwijl zwaar calcium varieert van 1,2 tot 1,9 ml\/g, afhankelijk van de kristalvorm en chemische samenstelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lichte calciumcarbonaatdeeltjes zijn meestal dadelpitvormig, met een lange diameter van 5\u201312 \u03bcm, een korte diameter van 1\u20133 \u03bcm en een gemiddelde grootte van 2\u20133 \u03bcm. Zonder oppervlaktebehandeling klonteren deze deeltjes na het drogen vaak samen in clusters. Nationale normen beoordelen de kwaliteit van licht calcium op basis van zeefresten bij 125 \u03bcm en 45 \u03bcm, wat niet volledig de deeltjesgrootte en -verdeling weerspiegelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens het breken en vermalen van zwaar calciumcarbonaat vari\u00ebren de deeltjesgroottes, waardoor er een verdeling ontstaat van klein tot groot binnen een bereik. Door te sorteren kunnen we de maximale poedergrootte en deeltjesgrootteverdeling regelen om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de kunststofvuller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 976px;height: auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Heavy-and-light-calcium-1.webp\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bij vergelijking van onbehandelde lichte en zware calciumvullers:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Uitvoerverschillen<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Het vervangen van zwaar calcium door licht calcium kan de lengte of het oppervlak van het product be\u00efnvloeden. Zwaar calcium kan resulteren in een korter of kleiner oppervlak voor hetzelfde gewicht aan grondstoffen, wat mogelijk leidt tot een afname van de productwaarde. Tests op ultrafijne zwaar calciumgevulde PVC-buizen laten bijvoorbeeld een toename van 4% in gewicht zien in vergelijking met licht calcium. In sandwichschuim PVC-buizen varieert de dichtheid van buizen gevuld met zwaar calcium van 1,05 tot 1,12 g\/cm\u00b3, vergeleken met 0,96 g\/cm\u00b3 voor licht calcium, wat toenames van 9% tot 17% laat zien. Zonder speciale maatregelen kan het vervangen van licht calcium door zwaar calcium een negatieve impact hebben op verwerkingsbedrijven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Prijs<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De prijs van zwaar calcium varieert aanzienlijk per deeltjesgrootte en -verdeling. Zo kunnen de prijzen voor 1250 mesh, 800 mesh en 400 mesh zwaar calcium 2 tot 4 keer verschillen van dezelfde fabrikant. Licht calcium is overal verkrijgbaar en over het algemeen kosteneffectiever. Zwaar calcium, vaak getransporteerd van regio&#039;s als Guangxi, Sichuan en Noordoost-China naar Noord-China en kustprovincies, biedt geen prijsvoordeel ten opzichte van licht calcium, behalve voor het 400-mesh product. Zwaar calcium is dus niet concurrerend geprijsd in vergelijking met licht calcium, zelfs als de prestaties en grootte vergelijkbaar zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Impact van deeltjesgrootte en -verdeling op gevulde kunststoffen<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoe fijner de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/nl\/products-category\/horizontal-fluidized-bed-jet-mill\/\">deeltjesgrootte<\/a> van zwaar calcium, hoe beter de prestatie van het gevulde plastic. Licht calcium, met zijn fijnere gemiddelde deeltjesgrootte van een paar micron, biedt een betere dispersie en superieure prestatie in plastics vergeleken met grover zwaar calcium. Om de prestatie van licht calcium in plastic producten te evenaren, moet zwaar calcium een kleine deeltjesgrootte hebben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Verwerkingsprestaties<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PVC-kunststof gevuld met zwaar calcium heeft een betere verwerkingsvloeibaarheid dan met licht calcium. Het evenwichtskoppel in PVC gevuld met ultrafijn zwaar calcium is lager en de tijd om evenwicht te bereiken is korter. Dit komt door de onregelmatige blokvorm van zware calciumdeeltjes. Ze zijn mobieler dan de meer langwerpige lichte calciumdeeltjes. Dit helpt bij spuitgegoten PVC-buisfittingen en goederen met een hoge vulling, zoals PVC-vloeren en lamellen. Ze hebben een goede verwerkingsvloeibaarheid nodig, wat ook het energieverbruik kan verminderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Kwaliteit van het productoppervlak<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PVC-producten gevuld met licht calcium hebben een helderdere oppervlakteglans vergeleken met producten gevuld met zwaar calcium. Voor producten zoals buizen, profielen en platen geeft licht calcium een betere glanzende afwerking. Het werkt goed voor zacht PVC dat wordt gebruikt in draad- en kabelmantels. Fijngemalen zwaar calcium kan een goed oppervlak produceren.
