Volgens gegevens van het Nationaal Bureau voor de Statistiek overschreed de cementproductie in China in 2019 de 2,3 miljard ton en overschreed de jaarlijkse consumptie van kalksteen de 2,8 miljard ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bovendien domineren centrale ondernemingen, staatsbedrijven en grote particuliere ondernemingen meer dan 80% van de cementindustrie. Deze entiteiten controleren meer dan 90% van de mijnbouwrechten voor kalksteenbronnen. Het komt in twee vormen voor: blok en poeder. Gebaseerd op calcium- en magnesiumgehalte, wordt het gecategoriseerd in industri\u00eble kwaliteit en voedselkwaliteit. Industri\u00eble kwaliteit calciumoxide heeft vier klassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klasse I is voor chemische synthese. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klasse II is voor calciumcarbide. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klasse III is voor kunststoffen en rubber. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klasse IV is voor rookgasontzwaveling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Calciumoxide is een belangrijk hulpmateriaal en basisgrondstof voor staal en kunststoffen. Het heeft enorme marktvooruitzichten op het gebied van milieubescherming. Zoals industri\u00eble afvalwaterzuivering, afvalverbranding en rookgasontzwaveling. Als kosteneffectief alkalisch oxide wordt calciumoxide ook veel gebruikt in snelwegen, hogesnelheidstreinen en de bouw. Ook in de industrie (non-ferrometalen, papierproductie, suikerproductie, soda-as, voedsel, medicijnen, bouwmaterialen), landbouw en andere gebieden, waardoor het een belangrijke basisgrondstof is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Productie van calciumhydroxide<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Calciumhydroxide wordt gevormd door de vertering van calciumoxide met water. De chemische formule is Ca(OH)2, algemeen bekend als gebluste kalk. De waterige oplossing wordt geklaard kalkwater genoemd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calciumhydroxide heeft de algemene eigenschappen van een alkali en is een sterke alkali. Omdat de oplosbaarheid van calciumhydroxide veel lager is dan die van natriumhydroxide en kaliumhydroxide, heeft de oplossing ervan een relatief lage corrosiviteit en alkaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarom kan het worden gebruikt als zuurteregelaar in voedsel, met functies zoals bufferen, neutraliseren en verharden. Calciumhydroxide van voedingskwaliteit heeft een relatief hoge activiteit, een losse structuur, hoge zuiverheid, goede witheid, laag gehalte aan onzuiverheden en bevat geen schadelijke elementen zoals Pb en As.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calciumhydroxide wordt veel gebruikt als grondstof in de calciumbereidingsindustrie, waarbij calciumgluconaat het meest voorkomende product is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calciumhydroxide kan de zuurtegraad in melkpoeders en zuigelingenvoeding reguleren. Het kan ook dienen als buffer, neutralisator en uithardingsmiddel in bier, kaas en cacaoproducten. Calciumhydroxide wordt gebruikt bij het maken van medicijnen en voedingsadditieven. Het past de pH aan en veroorzaakt coagulatie. Bijvoorbeeld de synthese van: hightech biomaterialen zoals HA, VC-fosfaten voor veevoeradditieven en calciumcyclohexaan, calciumlactaat en calciumcitraat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarnaast wordt het gebruikt als additief in de suikerindustrie, waterbehandeling en andere hoogwaardige organische chemicali\u00ebn. Het is ook nuttig voor het bereiden van zuurteregelaars en calciumbronnen in eetbare vleeshalffabrikaten, konjacproducten, drankproducten en medische klysma&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ontwikkeling van calciumhydroxide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De calciumhydroxide-industrie in sommige landen ontwikkelde zich eerder. Het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de VS, Duitsland, Japan en Zuid-Korea hebben allemaal een jaarlijkse productie van meer dan 10 miljoen ton. Deze landen produceren voornamelijk producten met een hoge zuiverheid en een hoge witheid. Vergeleken met hen is de productiecapaciteit van Chinese bedrijven die calciumhydroxide voor levensmiddelen produceren, minder toereikend. Hoogwaardige producten kunnen niet voldoen aan de internationale marktvraag vanwege technische beperkingen. Zowel de kwantiteit als de kwaliteit van de producten blijven achter bij die van buitenlandse bedrijven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarom is het cruciaal om binnenlandse calciumhydroxidebedrijven te ontwikkelen vanuit een hoog startpunt en met een hoge snelheid. Met de huidige technologische vooruitgang op biologisch gebied in China wordt het toepassingsgebied van calciumhydroxide steeds uitgebreider, vooral met de enorme vraag naar calciumhydroxide van voedingskwaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Productie van nano-calciumcarbonaat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nanocalciumcarbonaat verwijst naar functionele anorganische vulstoffen met een deeltjesgrootte van 1-100 nm. Deze worden veel gebruikt in rubber, kunststoffen, papierproductie, inkt, coatings, kitten en kleefstoffen, medicijnen, tandpasta, voedingsmiddelen en andere sectoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De industri\u00eble productie van nano calciumcarbonaat is voornamelijk afhankelijk van carbonisatie. De grondstof is voornamelijk kalksteen met een hoog calciumcarbonaatgehalte. Het productieproces omvat calcinatie, vertering, carbonisatie, modificatie, dispersie en droging om het uiteindelijke poedermateriaalproduct te verkrijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bijvoorbeeld, Shandong Donghua Technology Co., Ltd. verwerkt kalksteen tot hoogwaardige calciumgebaseerde nieuwe materialen zoals nanocalciumcarbonaat. Zo kan een hoogwaardig en effici\u00ebnt gebruik van kalksteenbronnen worden bereikt. Verder is het cruciaal om de bovengrens van de vereiste kalksteenkwaliteit voor elk product vast te stellen en te verdelen om de waarde van hoogwaardige kalksteenbronnen te maximaliseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens de gradi\u00ebntverandering van het CaO-gehalte in kalksteen, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoogwaardige kalksteen met een gehalte groter dan 54% kan hoogwaardige lichte calciumcarbonaat- en nano-calciumcarbonaatproducten produceren. Industrie\u00ebn die deze producten gebruiken, zijn onder andere hoogwaardige kunststoffen, papierproductie, coatings, medicijnen, elektronica, voedsel en andere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalksteen van gemiddelde kwaliteit met een gehalte tussen 49% en 53% kan actief calciumoxide en calciumhydroxide produceren. Deze materialen vinden toepassingen in metallurgische oplosmiddelen, chemicali\u00ebn en de diepe verwerking van voedingsmiddelen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalksteen van lage kwaliteit, met een gehalte van minder dan 48%, kan worden gebruikt als cement voor de bouwsector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door kalksteengrondstoffen te distribueren naar verschillende gerelateerde industrie\u00ebn op basis van hun verschillende calciumoxidegehalte, kan een volledig gesloten industri\u00eble keten worden bereikt.
