Om LiFePO4 in poedervorm te produceren, wordt gewoonlijk een straalmolen gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De productielijn van een LiFePO4-straalmolen bestaat uit verschillende fasen. Eerst worden de grondstoffen, waaronder lithiumcarbonaat, ijzeroxide en fosforzuur, gemengd en vermalen tot een fijn poeder. Dit poeder wordt vervolgens in de straalmolen gevoerd, die perslucht met hoge snelheid gebruikt om de deeltjes te malen en te classificeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vervolgens wordt het poeder verzameld in een cycloonscheider en door een reeks zeven geleid om een consistente deeltjesgrootteverdeling te garanderen.
