While effective, the jet mill was energy-intensive and leading to prohibitively high production costs. This severely impacted their profit margins and hindered their competitive edge in the growing Central Asian market. The company&#8217;s strong technical expertise and proven track record in the field of fine powder processing stood out. Intrigued by the potential for significant cost savings, the plant&#8217;s engineers decided that a firsthand evaluation was necessary. A delegation visited EPIC&#8217;s factory in China for a detailed inspection and technical discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens het bezoek zag de klant EPIC&#039;s slijpsystemen in werking en voerde hij diepgaande gesprekken met het engineeringteam. Ze waren vooral onder de indruk van EPIC&#039;s robuuste ontwerpfilosofie, uitgebreide projectmanagementervaring en de getoonde energiezuinige technologie. Tijdens het bezoek werden al hun zorgen over prestaties, onderhoud en consistentie van het eindproduct met succes opgelost. De klant concludeerde dat EPIC over de diepgaande branchekennis en technische expertise beschikte, waardoor ze de partner bij uitstek waren.<br>Vervolgens werd een contract getekend waarbij EPIC een complete productielijn voor het ultrafijn malen van cement moest ontwerpen en installeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nieuwe productielijn is inmiddels succesvol in gebruik genomen en heeft de oude, kostbare straalmolen naadloos vervangen.
