As a longstanding and valued partner of EPIC, this client turned to us for a critical new initiative: the establishment of a catalyst research and development jet milling production line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The institute was launching a new project focused on catalyst development, a field requiring extreme precision and consistent particle size distribution to ensure catalytic efficiency. Given the existing trust and successful history of cooperation, the client naturally approached EPIC Powder for a solution. The primary challenge was to develop a system capable of producing finely ground catalyst materials with exceptional uniformity and narrow size distribution to meet the rigorous demands of their R&amp;D work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/MQW-06.webp\" alt=\"jet-molens\" class=\"wp-image-13843\" style=\"width:670px;height:auto\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Jet Milling door Epic Powder<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Om de voorgestelde technologie te valideren, voerde de klant grondige tests uit in het testcentrum van EPIC. De resultaten waren overtuigend. De slijp- en classificatieproductielijn voldeed niet alleen aan alle technische specificaties, maar overtrof deze zelfs. De demonstratie bevestigde het vermogen van het systeem om superieure productkwaliteit te leveren met opmerkelijke stabiliteit en effici\u00ebntie. Het onderzoeksinstituut in Shanghai heeft daarom twee complete sets van de aanbevolen slijp- en classificatieproductielijnen aangeschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ge\u00efmplementeerde oplossing heeft een belangrijke rol gespeeld in het succes van het nieuwe katalysatorstraalfreesproject van de klant.
