This enterprise is an advanced research institute of a major central enterprise based in Shanghai. As a longstanding and valued partner of EPIC, this client turned to us for a critical new initiative: the establishment of a catalyst research and development jet milling production line.
The institute was launching a new project focused on catalyst development, a field requiring extreme precision and consistent particle size distribution to ensure catalytic efficiency. Given the existing trust and successful history of cooperation, the client naturally approached EPIC Powder for a solution. The primary challenge was to develop a system capable of producing finely ground catalyst materials with exceptional uniformity and narrow size distribution to meet the rigorous demands of their R&D work.
