Processo sperimentale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"753\" height=\"645\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15007\" style=\"width:968px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E.webp 753w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-300x257.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-14x12.webp 14w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-600x514.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 753px) 100vw, 753px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Processo di preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Aggiungere in sequenza la resina epossidica e l&#039;agente essiccante a base d&#039;acqua, mescolando a 400-600 giri\/min a bassa velocit\u00e0. Quindi, aggiungere il neutralizzatore DMEA e continuare a mescolare a bassa velocit\u00e0.<br>(2) Aggiungere gradualmente acqua in piccole quantit\u00e0 per l&#039;emulsione, regolando la velocit\u00e0 a circa 1000 giri\/min in base al processo di emulsione.<br>(3) Dopo l&#039;emulsione, aggiungere in sequenza il disperdente e l&#039;agente antischiuma, assicurando una dispersione uniforme.<br>(4) Aggiungere il carbon black, mescolare a bassa velocit\u00e0 e coprire il coperchio dopo aver aggiunto tutti i materiali. Disperdere a circa 1200 giri\/min, quindi aggiungere solfato di bario e giallo cromo di stronzio. Continuare a disperdere prima di aggiungere tutti i componenti rimanenti per un&#039;ulteriore dispersione.<br>(5) Introdurre le perle di zirconio per la macinazione a 3000-3500 giri\/min per 1 ora, regolando di conseguenza la finezza del raschiatore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Risultati sperimentali<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1 Confronto delle prestazioni di diversi solfati di bario ultrafini<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le propriet\u00e0 fisiche di base del solfato di bario ultrafine sono state testate seguendo la <strong>GB\/T<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"761\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15008\" style=\"width:979px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp 761w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-300x117.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-18x7.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-600x234.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a037041-2018<\/strong>\u00a0standard, con risultati riportati nella Tabella 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sono stati utilizzati tre diversi modificatori di superficie per modificare la polvere di solfato di bario. La bianchezza, la dimensione delle particelle e altri indicatori del prodotto modificato sono rimasti simili alla polvere originale. L&#039;assorbimento di olio \u00e8 diminuito di 1 punto, ma la riduzione non \u00e8 stata significativa. Questo perch\u00e9 l&#039;agente di accoppiamento utilizzato come modificatore non ha influenzato notevolmente l&#039;assorbimento di olio della polvere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sono stati preparati quattro tipi di riempitivi di solfato di bario sulla base della formula riportata nella Tabella 1 e ne sono state confrontate le prestazioni applicative nei primer epossidici a base d&#039;acqua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2 Test delle prestazioni convenzionali<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"775\" height=\"475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15009\" style=\"width:978px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp 775w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-300x184.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-768x471.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-18x12.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-600x368.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 775px) 100vw, 775px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando il solfato di bario modificato con diversi agenti viene utilizzato nel primer epossidico estere a base d&#039;acqua, la sua disperdibilit\u00e0 rimane costante. Soddisfa il requisito del prodotto di 10 \u00b5m entro lo stesso tempo di macinazione. Questo perch\u00e9 \u00e8 gi\u00e0 uno dei riempitivi minerali non metallici pi\u00f9 disperdibili, lasciando poco spazio per ulteriori miglioramenti tramite modifica della superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In termini di durezza e adesione, il solfato di bario modificato in superficie non mostra alcun miglioramento significativo rispetto alla polvere originale. La variazione di durezza tra diversi riempitivi dipende principalmente dalla loro durezza Mohs, con il solfato di bario valutato a 3, che \u00e8 considerato medio. Poich\u00e9 non \u00e8 in genere utilizzato per migliorare la durezza della pellicola di vernice, la modifica ha scarso effetto in questo aspetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per quanto riguarda la lucentezza, il solfato di bario modificato si comporta in modo simile alla polvere originale. Questo perch\u00e9 gli agenti di accoppiamento del silano si basano principalmente sull&#039;idrolisi per formare gruppi idrossilici, che si legano ai gruppi idrossilici sulla superficie minerale. Poich\u00e9 il solfato di bario ha un basso contenuto di idrossili, l&#039;effetto di modifica \u00e8 debole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#039;altro canto, gli agenti di accoppiamento titanato formano un legame chimico con il riempitivo inorganico attraverso gruppi alcossilici, creando un monostrato organico attivo all&#039;interfaccia inorganico-organico. Ci\u00f2 migliora la compatibilit\u00e0 tra solfato di bario e resine organiche, migliorando significativamente la resistenza agli acidi e all&#039;acqua del rivestimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conclusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il solfato di bario offre vantaggi quali elevata gravit\u00e0 specifica, particelle dense e basso assorbimento di olio, con conseguente buona disperdibilit\u00e0 e adesione. Tuttavia, la modifica della superficie fornisce scarsi miglioramenti in queste propriet\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poich\u00e9 il solfato di bario ha una durezza Mohs pari a 3, non \u00e8 adatto per aumentare la durezza della pellicola di vernice. Inoltre, a causa del suo basso contenuto di idrossile, la modifica con agenti di accoppiamento silanici \u00e8 inefficace, portando a un miglioramento minimo delle prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tra le modifiche testate, gli agenti di accoppiamento titanato ottengono i risultati migliori.
