Definizione e fonte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se un polimero di polietilene non \u00e8 in grado di fornire una certa resistenza e tenacit\u00e0 come la resina e non pu\u00f2 essere lavorato come un unico materiale per ottenere un prodotto con funzioni specifiche, possiamo classificarlo come cera di polietilene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cera di polietilene \u00e8 divisa in molte categorie in base alla sua fonte. Sono polimerizzazione radicalica, polimerizzazione Ziegler-Natta, polimerizzazione catalitica metallocenica e tecnologia di polimerizzazione proprietaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) <strong>Metodo di cracking termico<\/strong>\u00a0prevede l&#039;uso di resina PE come materia prima. In questo metodo, l&#039;estrusione a vite o i reattori vengono impiegati per la rottura ad alta temperatura. La resina di polietilene o la plastica di polietilene riciclata vengono scomposte in cera di polietilene a basso peso molecolare relativo. Rispetto alla cera di polietilene prodotta con il metodo di polimerizzazione, la distribuzione del peso molecolare relativo \u00e8 pi\u00f9 ampia. L&#039;odore derivante dal basso peso molecolare relativo pu\u00f2 essere difficile da eliminare completamente. Inoltre, potrebbe essere difficile evitare la formazione di punti neri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) <strong>Cera di polietilene sottoprodotto<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 un sottoprodotto della sintesi di resina di polietilene ad alta densit\u00e0. \u00c8 un oligomero, solitamente una miscela di diversi oligomeri con vari gradi di polimerizzazione. Il punto di rammollimento \u00e8 tipicamente compreso tra 90 e 120\u00b0C. La densit\u00e0 \u00e8 di circa 0,92-0,95 g\/cm\u00b3, come mostrato nella seguente tabella:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Articolo<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Indicatore<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Influenza<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Peso molecolare<\/td><td>1500-5000<\/td><td>In generale, maggiore \u00e8 il peso molecolare, pi\u00f9 alto \u00e8 il punto di fusione e viceversa.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Punto di rammollimento<\/td><td>90 0-120\u2103 (varia in base al peso molecolare)<\/td><td>Se il punto di rammollimento \u00e8 troppo basso, \u00e8 facile che il prodotto vaporizzi ed evapori durante la produzione ad alta temperatura.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Durezza<\/td><td>Fino a 3 \u2013 8<\/td><td>Influisce sulla durezza del prodotto finale.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Viscosit\u00e0<\/td><td>10-600 (CPS140\u2103)<\/td><td>Un&#039;elevata viscosit\u00e0 dar\u00e0 luogo a una scarsa dispersione, ma una buona lucentezza, una bassa viscosit\u00e0 dar\u00e0 luogo a una buona dispersione e una lucentezza moderata. Inoltre, se la viscosit\u00e0 \u00e8 troppo bassa, la cera precipiter\u00e0 facilmente, il che non favorisce la dispersione dei riempitivi. Se la viscosit\u00e0 \u00e8 troppo alta, ci\u00f2 influir\u00e0 sulla velocit\u00e0 di estrusione e sulla capacit\u00e0 di produzione.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Penetrazione dell&#039;ago<\/td><td>1-4<\/td><td>Quanto maggiore \u00e8 la penetrazione dell&#039;ago, tanto pi\u00f9 morbido \u00e8 il grasso, cio\u00e8 tanto minore \u00e8 la viscosit\u00e0; viceversa, tanto pi\u00f9 duro \u00e8 il grasso, cio\u00e8 tanto maggiore \u00e8 la viscosit\u00e0.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARTE III <strong>Caratteristiche e Applicazioni<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cera di polietilene presenta un&#039;eccellente lubrificazione esterna e una forte lubrificazione interna. \u00c8 ben solubile in resine come polietilene, cloruro di polivinile e polipropilene. Inoltre, ha bassa viscosit\u00e0, un alto punto di rammollimento, buona durezza, non tossicit\u00e0, buona stabilit\u00e0 termica e bassa volatilit\u00e0 ad alta temperatura. Ha un&#039;eccellente resistenza all&#039;umidit\u00e0 a temperatura ambiente, forte resistenza chimica e straordinarie propriet\u00e0 elettriche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nella lavorazione della plastica, funge da lubrificante efficiente nell&#039;estrusione, nella calandratura e nella lavorazione a iniezione delle poliolefine. Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 migliorare l&#039;efficienza della lavorazione, impedendo l&#039;adesione di pellicole, tubi e fogli e migliorando la levigatezza e la lucentezza dei prodotti finiti. La selezione della cera di polietilene appropriata nella lavorazione del PVC pu\u00f2 ritardare o accelerare il processo di gelificazione. Offre inoltre una buona lubrificazione e lavorabilit\u00e0, nonch\u00e9 il posizionamento del pigmento metallico. Inoltre, pu\u00f2 prevenire la deposizione di agglomerati duri come la silice, aumentare la stabilit\u00e0 di stoccaggio dei rivestimenti, prevenire i graffi metallici e proteggere la stabilit\u00e0 di stoccaggio delle lattine stampate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I.
