Ha una buona compatibilit\u00e0 con tutti i pigmenti. Il solfato di bario ultrafine \u00e8 ideale per i rivestimenti in polvere grazie alla sua grande capacit\u00e0 di riempimento, buona luminosit\u00e0, eccellente livellamento, forte ritenzione della brillantezza e compatibilit\u00e0 con tutti i coloranti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applicazione della polvere di mica nei rivestimenti in polvere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La polvere di mica \u00e8 costituita da silicati complessi con particelle sotto forma di scaglie. Offre un&#039;eccellente resistenza al calore, nonch\u00e9 resistenza agli acidi e agli alcali. La polvere di mica influisce sulla fluidit\u00e0 della fusione dei rivestimenti in polvere e viene generalmente utilizzata nei rivestimenti isolanti e resistenti alla temperatura. Combina molte caratteristiche sia della mica che dei minerali argillosi. Se utilizzata nei rivestimenti, la sericite pu\u00f2 migliorare significativamente la resistenza agli agenti atmosferici, all&#039;acqua, l&#039;adesione e la resistenza del film di rivestimento. Migliora anche l&#039;aspetto del rivestimento. Le particelle di colorante possono facilmente entrare negli strati intermedi della polvere di sericite, che aiuta a mantenere il colore a lunga durata senza sbiadire. Inoltre, la polvere di sericite ha propriet\u00e0 antialghe e antimuffa. Pertanto la polvere di sericite \u00e8 un ottimo riempitivo multifunzionale per rivestimenti con un elevato rapporto costo-prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applicazione del caolino nei rivestimenti in polvere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il caolino nei rivestimenti in polvere pu\u00f2 migliorare la tissotropia e le propriet\u00e0 antisedimentazioni. L&#039;argilla calcinata non influisce sulle propriet\u00e0 reologiche ma pu\u00f2 fornire un effetto opaco, aumentare l&#039;opacit\u00e0 e migliorare il candore, simile al talco. In generale, il caolino ha un elevato assorbimento d&#039;acqua e non \u00e8 adatto per migliorare la tixotropia dei rivestimenti o preparare rivestimenti idrofobi. La dimensione delle particelle dei prodotti a base di caolino varia da 0,2 a 1\u03bcm.
