Pada kondisi penambahan air yang sama, dispersan keramik meningkatkan jumlah air bebas di antara partikel. Dispersan keramik juga dapat mendistribusikan komponen bahan baku secara merata di dalam medium, meningkatkan fluiditas bubur, dan meningkatkan keseragaman partikel. Umumnya, dispersan keramik dengan kinerja yang sangat baik memainkan beberapa peran dalam pembuatan bubur keramik, seperti pembasahan, bahan pembantu penggilingan, dan stabilisasi. Fungsi-fungsi ini krusial dalam mengurangi biaya produksi dan meningkatkan kinerja produk keramik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efek Pembasahan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Permukaan padat umumnya diklasifikasikan menjadi dua kategori berdasarkan sifatnya: hidrofilik dan lipofilik. Dalam industri keramik, tergantung pada objek dan prosesnya, agen pembasah yang tepat dapat ditambahkan untuk mengubah permukaan lipofilik menjadi hidrofilik, atau sebaliknya. Zat pembasah dapat secara efektif mengurangi energi bebas permukaan cairan, melemahkan tegangan permukaan sistem bubur keramik, dan mengurangi tegangan antarmuka antara cairan dan padatan. This replaces the original particle\/solvent interfacial tension with the dispersant\/water interfacial tension. For ceramic particles to be stably dispersed in the solvent, the resultant force on the particles must be zero. When the concentration of the ceramic slurry suspension and the particle size of the clay particles are fixed, the gravity, buoyancy, and interaction forces on the particles are also fixed.
