Kemudian, tambahkan penetral DMEA dan terus aduk pada kecepatan rendah.<br>(2) Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit secara bertahap untuk pengemulsian, atur kecepatan hingga sekitar 1000 putaran\/menit berdasarkan proses pengemulsian.<br>(3) Setelah pengemulsian, tambahkan bahan pendispersi dan bahan penghilang busa secara berurutan, pastikan penyebarannya merata.<br>(4) Tambahkan karbon hitam, aduk dengan kecepatan rendah, dan tutup setelah semua bahan ditambahkan. Aduk pada kecepatan sekitar 1200 putaran\/menit, lalu tambahkan barium sulfat dan strontium krom kuning. Teruskan pengadukan sebelum menambahkan semua komponen yang tersisa untuk pengadukan lebih lanjut.<br>(5) Masukkan manik-manik zirkonium untuk digiling pada 3000-3500 r\/menit selama 1 jam, sesuaikan kehalusan pengikis sesuai dengan itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Hasil Eksperimen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1 Perbandingan Kinerja Barium Sulfat Ultrahalus yang Berbeda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sifat fisik dasar barium sulfat ultrafine diuji mengikuti <strong>Inggris Raya\/T<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"761\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15008\" style=\"width:979px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp 761w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-300x117.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-18x7.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-600x234.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a037041-2018<\/strong>\u00a0standar, dengan hasil ditunjukkan pada Tabel 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiga pengubah permukaan yang berbeda digunakan untuk memodifikasi bubuk barium sulfat. Keputihan, ukuran partikel, dan indikator lainnya dari produk yang dimodifikasi tetap sama dengan bubuk aslinya. Penyerapan minyak berkurang 1 poin, tetapi pengurangannya tidak signifikan. Hal ini karena zat pengikat yang digunakan sebagai pengubah tidak terlalu memengaruhi penyerapan minyak pada bubuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keempat jenis pengisi barium sulfat disiapkan berdasarkan formula pada Tabel 1, dan kinerja aplikasinya dalam primer epoksi ester berbasis air dibandingkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2 Uji Kinerja Konvensional<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"775\" height=\"475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15009\" style=\"width:978px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp 775w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-300x184.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-768x471.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-18x12.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-600x368.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 775px) 100vw, 775px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila barium sulfat yang dimodifikasi dengan agen yang berbeda digunakan dalam primer epoksi ester berbasis air, dispersibilitasnya tetap konsisten. Produk ini memenuhi persyaratan produk sebesar 10 \u00b5m dalam waktu penggilingan yang sama. Hal ini karena produk ini sudah menjadi salah satu pengisi mineral non-logam yang paling mudah terdispersi, sehingga hanya menyisakan sedikit ruang untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut melalui modifikasi permukaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam hal kekerasan dan daya rekat, barium sulfat yang dimodifikasi permukaan tidak menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan bubuk aslinya. Variasi kekerasan di antara berbagai bahan pengisi terutama bergantung pada kekerasan Mohs, dengan barium sulfat diberi nilai 3, yang dianggap sedang. Karena biasanya tidak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kekerasan lapisan cat, modifikasi tidak banyak berpengaruh dalam aspek ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengenai kilap, barium sulfat yang dimodifikasi memiliki kinerja yang sama dengan bubuk aslinya. Hal ini karena agen penggandeng silana terutama mengandalkan hidrolisis untuk membentuk gugus hidroksil, yang berikatan dengan gugus hidroksil pada permukaan mineral. Karena barium sulfat memiliki kandungan hidroksil yang rendah, efek modifikasinya lemah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di sisi lain, agen penggandeng titanat membentuk ikatan kimia dengan pengisi anorganik melalui gugus alkoksi, sehingga menciptakan lapisan tunggal organik aktif pada antarmuka anorganik-organik. Hal ini meningkatkan kompatibilitas antara barium sulfat dan resin organik, sehingga secara signifikan meningkatkan ketahanan lapisan terhadap asam dan air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Kesimpulan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Barium sulfat menawarkan keuntungan seperti berat jenis tinggi, partikel padat, dan penyerapan minyak rendah, sehingga menghasilkan dispersibilitas dan daya rekat yang baik. Akan tetapi, modifikasi permukaan hanya memberikan sedikit peningkatan pada sifat-sifat ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karena barium sulfat memiliki tingkat kekerasan Mohs sebesar 3, maka tidak cocok untuk meningkatkan kekerasan lapisan cat. Selain itu, karena kandungan hidroksilnya rendah, modifikasi dengan agen penggandeng silana tidak efektif, sehingga peningkatan kinerjanya pun minimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di antara modifikasi yang diuji, agen penggandeng titanat memberikan hasil terbaik.
