Pour les recycleurs, un indicateur cl\u00e9 d\u00e9termine directement la rentabilit\u00e9 finale\u00a0: <strong>puret\u00e9 et granulom\u00e9trie de la masse noire r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/strong> Ce seul facteur d\u00e9termine si la production peut \u00eatre achet\u00e9e par les principaux fabricants de batteries, et donc si le profit est de 1 TP4T1\u00a0000 ou de 1 TP4T4\u00a0000 par tonne. Toutes les mati\u00e8res noires ne sont pas rentables. <strong>haute puret\u00e9<\/strong> La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re se traduit en revenus r\u00e9els. Alors, comment pr\u00e9pare-t-on une masse noire de haute puret\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I. Qu&#039;est-ce que la masse noire de haute puret\u00e9 exactement ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La poudre de haute puret\u00e9 d\u00e9signe principalement la poudre de mat\u00e9riau actif de cathode recycl\u00e9e, pr\u00e9sentant un taux d&#039;impuret\u00e9s extr\u00eamement faible. Sa pr\u00e9paration comprend plusieurs \u00e9tapes\u00a0: le d\u00e9montage des batteries LFP usag\u00e9es, la s\u00e9paration et la purification. Pourquoi pr\u00e9parer une messe noire de haute puret\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Maximiser les rendements \u00e9conomiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les batteries LFP usag\u00e9es contiennent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques pr\u00e9cieux comme le lithium, le fer et le phosphore. Le recyclage de ces mat\u00e9riaux permet de r\u00e9duire efficacement le co\u00fbt des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production de nouvelles batteries, ce qui accro\u00eet la rentabilit\u00e9 des recycleurs. Respect des exigences en mati\u00e8re de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration directe est une technologie de recyclage prometteuse, mais elle exige une puret\u00e9 exceptionnelle de la masse noire. Les impuret\u00e9s telles que le cuivre ou l&#039;aluminium compromettent fortement les performances \u00e9lectrochimiques des cathodes r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es, entra\u00eenant une r\u00e9duction de la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie, une dur\u00e9e de vie plus courte et m\u00eame des risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, une masse noire de haute puret\u00e9 est indispensable \u00e0 la production d&#039;un mat\u00e9riau de cathode LFP r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Protection de l&#039;environnement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9limination inad\u00e9quate des piles LFP usag\u00e9es est source de pollution environnementale. Importance strat\u00e9gique des ressources<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ressources mondiales en lithium sont limit\u00e9es. Le recyclage est essentiel pour garantir un d\u00e9veloppement industriel durable. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et la pr\u00e9paration efficaces d&#039;une poudre noire de haute puret\u00e9 permettent de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9cieux comme le lithium, le fer et le phosphore contenus dans les batteries usag\u00e9es, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer la p\u00e9nurie de ressources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. R\u00e9duction de la pollution secondaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s hydrom\u00e9tallurgiques de recyclage traditionnels peuvent engendrer une pollution environnementale secondaire par le biais des eaux us\u00e9es et des \u00e9missions de gaz d&#039;\u00e9chappement. Le d\u00e9veloppement de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e9cologiques et efficaces, tels que les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 flux ferm\u00e9, permet d&#039;\u00e9viter ces rejets tout en produisant des produits de haute puret\u00e9. Sch\u00e9ma d\u00e9taill\u00e9 du processus de pr\u00e9paration de la masse noire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Phase de pr\u00e9traitement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2460 <strong>Rejet en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/strong> Immersion en eau sal\u00e9e ou armoires de d\u00e9charge d\u00e9di\u00e9es pour r\u00e9duire la tension \u00e0 &lt;1V.<br>\u2461 <strong>D\u00e9montage m\u00e9canique :<\/strong> Retrait automatis\u00e9 du bo\u00eetier, d\u00e9coupe des bornes et s\u00e9paration des modules.<br>\u2462 <strong>D\u00e9capage des \u00e9lectrodes :<\/strong> Pyrolyse (350\u2013450\u00b0C) ou trempage dans un solvant pour ramollir le liant PVDF, facilitant le d\u00e9roulage.<br>\u2463 <strong>Pr\u00e9-nettoyage :<\/strong> Pulv\u00e9risation d&#039;un m\u00e9lange \u00e9thanol\/eau pour \u00e9liminer les \u00e9lectrolytes r\u00e9siduels (r\u00e9duisant le risque de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de HF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Broyage et lib\u00e9ration en plusieurs \u00e9tapes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du recyclage des batteries LFP usag\u00e9es, le mat\u00e9riau de la cathode est solidement li\u00e9 aux collecteurs de courant en feuille d&#039;aluminium, formant un composite avec du carbone conducteur et un liant (par exemple, du PVDF). La purification chimique directe est inefficace, co\u00fbteuse et entra\u00eene un taux d&#039;impuret\u00e9s sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la norme, d\u00fb \u00e0 la contamination par la feuille m\u00e9tallique. Par cons\u00e9quent, un broyage physique en plusieurs \u00e9tapes et une lib\u00e9ration efficace sont essentiels pour s\u00e9parer compl\u00e8tement la masse noire des collecteurs de courant, tout en contr\u00f4lant la taille et la puret\u00e9 des particules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2460 Broyage grossier :<\/strong> Les broyeurs \u00e0 double arbre r\u00e9duisent les mat\u00e9riaux en fragments de 10 \u00e0 20 mm, d\u00e9coupant les feuilles d&#039;\u00e9lectrodes en segments plus petits. Ceci perturbe l&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des cellules, permet le d\u00e9tachement initial de la feuille et provoque le d\u00e9tachement d&#039;une partie du mat\u00e9riau actif par cisaillement, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le volume et am\u00e9liorant l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 des \u00e9tapes de traitement ult\u00e9rieures. Un syst\u00e8me d&#039;extinction des \u00e9tincelles et un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage sont mis en \u0153uvre simultan\u00e9ment pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2461 Broyage interm\u00e9diaire :<\/strong> Les concasseurs \u00e0 marteaux ou \u00e0 rouleaux r\u00e9duisent la granulom\u00e9trie \u00e0 1\u20133 mm, une plage critique pour une s\u00e9paration physique efficace de la poudre et de la feuille m\u00e9tallique. Ceci augmente significativement l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 de lib\u00e9ration (\u226595%), provoque la rupture du liant PVDF par fatigue m\u00e9canique, lib\u00e8re les particules actives encapsul\u00e9es et fournit une alimentation uniforme et friable pour le concassage fin. Un tri pneumatique ou un criblage permet d&#039;\u00e9liminer au pr\u00e9alable les fragments m\u00e9talliques les plus gros. L&#039;ajout d&#039;une s\u00e9paration magn\u00e9tique et d&#039;une s\u00e9paration par courants de Foucault \u00e0 ce stade permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer &gt;90% de Cu\/Al, all\u00e9geant ainsi le concassage fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2462 Pulv\u00e9risation : <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Fraisage au jet<\/mark><\/strong> Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 standard utilise un jet \u00e0 grande vitesse (air comprim\u00e9 ou azote) pour induire la collision et la friction des particules afin de r\u00e9duire leur taille, \u00e9vitant ainsi le recours \u00e0 des billes de broyage m\u00e9caniques. On obtient ainsi une granulom\u00e9trie cible (D50\u00a0: 1\u20133\u00a0\u00b5m) avec une distribution \u00e9troite (Span &lt;\u00a01,2). Il affine les particules de LFP lib\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des batteries sans introduire de contaminants \u00e9trangers (par exemple, provenant de billes de zircone dans le broyage \u00e0 billes). L\u2019effet d\u2019auto-refroidissement pr\u00e9vient la surchauffe locale et la d\u00e9composition du LiFePO\u2084. Des classificateurs dynamiques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s permettent un ajustement en temps r\u00e9el pour un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la granulom\u00e9trie. Protection contre l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re inerte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u00e9rer sous atmosph\u00e8re inerte, notamment lors du broyage interm\u00e9diaire et fin, est une condition pr\u00e9alable essentielle \u00e0 l&#039;obtention d&#039;une poudre noire de haute puret\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pratique courante :<\/strong> Utiliser de l&#039;azote de haute puret\u00e9 (&gt;99,999%), en maintenant les niveaux d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne du syst\u00e8me &lt;50 ppm (certaines entreprises exigent &lt;20 ppm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principaux avantages\u00a0:<\/strong> Pr\u00e9vient la combustion\/l&#039;explosion, inhibe l&#039;oxydation du Fe\u00b2\u207a (garantissant la puret\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau) et r\u00e9duit l&#039;oxydation\/l&#039;usure des \u00e9quipements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovation:<\/strong> Certaines entreprises testent des syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et de reliqu\u00e9faction de l&#039;azote, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la consommation d&#039;azote de plus de 601 TP3T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. S\u00e9paration et purification en plusieurs \u00e9tapes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s broyage en plusieurs \u00e9tapes, la poudre microm\u00e9trique obtenue reste un m\u00e9lange de composants\u00a0: poudre noire et diverses impuret\u00e9s provenant des structures de la batterie (fragments de feuilles m\u00e9talliques, r\u00e9sidus de s\u00e9parateur, agents conducteurs, liants, etc.). La s\u00e9paration en plusieurs \u00e9tapes est donc essentielle pour garantir une puret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
