Elle passe ensuite par une tr\u00e9mie de transfert, une tr\u00e9mie tampon et un alimentateur rotatif avant d&#039;\u00eatre pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e par de l&#039;azote \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature dans la chambre de broyage. Le mat\u00e9riau broy\u00e9 et conforme est tri\u00e9 et envoy\u00e9 au d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur. Flux de mat\u00e9riaux\u00a0: Surveillez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le d\u00e9bit d\u2019\u00e9vacuation. Utilisez des marteaux pneumatiques en cas de blocage ou de faible d\u00e9bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Fonctionnement du classificateur\u00a0: La fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement du classificateur doit \u00eatre comprise entre 5 et 50\u00a0Hz. Proc\u00e9dure d&#039;arr\u00eat : Apr\u00e8s l&#039;arr\u00eat, purger compl\u00e8tement les gaz r\u00e9siduels du compresseur d&#039;air et du s\u00e9cheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Environnement de l&#039;\u00e9quipement : La temp\u00e9rature ambiante du compresseur et du s\u00e9cheur frigorifique ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 40 \u00b0C pour garantir leur dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Lors des contr\u00f4les de production, v\u00e9rifiez les voyants de l&#039;armoire \u00e9lectrique. Un voyant vert indique un fonctionnement normal\u00a0; un voyant jaune signale une alarme, n\u00e9cessitant une inspection et une r\u00e9solution imm\u00e9diates\u00a0; un voyant rouge signale une panne, n\u00e9cessitant un arr\u00eat imm\u00e9diat pour inspection \u2013 la mise en service ne peut reprendre qu&#039;apr\u00e8s r\u00e9solution du probl\u00e8me. Il est strictement interdit de poursuivre l&#039;utilisation de l&#039;\u00e9quipement lorsque le voyant d&#039;alarme jaune est allum\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Arr\u00eat correct\u00a0: Avant l\u2019arr\u00eat, assurez-vous que la chambre de broyage est compl\u00e8tement vide (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 5 \u00e0 20\u00a0minutes apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat de l\u2019alimentation). N\u2019arr\u00eatez PAS l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat de l\u2019alimentation ou s\u2019il reste du mat\u00e9riau dans la chambre. Si du mat\u00e9riau reste dans la chambre apr\u00e8s un arr\u00eat normal, celle-ci doit \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement nettoy\u00e9e avant le red\u00e9marrage. D\u00e9bit d&#039;alimentation\u00a0: Pour un m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau, diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9bits d&#039;alimentation induisent des finesses diff\u00e9rentes. Toutes choses \u00e9gales par ailleurs, un d\u00e9bit d&#039;alimentation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un granulom\u00e9trie plus fine et plus homog\u00e8ne. Cependant, un d\u00e9bit trop faible r\u00e9duit la probabilit\u00e9 de collision entre les particules, ce qui nuit \u00e0 la finesse. Le r\u00e9glage du d\u00e9bit d&#039;alimentation vise \u00e0 obtenir le rapport gaz\/solide optimal. Une aptitude au broyage plus faible ou des exigences de finesse plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es n\u00e9cessitent un rapport gaz\/solide plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pression de broyage\u00a0: Le principe repose sur la conversion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de pression du fluide en \u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re la force de broyage. Une pression de gaz plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e augmente la vitesse du jet (mais pas de fa\u00e7on lin\u00e9aire, car les coefficients de r\u00e9sistance augmentent au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un certain seuil), influen\u00e7ant ainsi l\u2019\u00e9nergie fournie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Taille de la buse\u00a0: Le diam\u00e8tre de la buse influe sur la quantit\u00e9 de particules acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es et leur vitesse finale, ce qui a un impact sur la taille et l\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des particules finales. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les buses de plus petit diam\u00e8tre augmentent la pression, traitent moins de particules, g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des vitesses de particules plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, mais entra\u00eenent une moindre homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 apr\u00e8s collision et produisent une poudre plus fine mais moins homog\u00e8ne. L\u2019inverse est \u00e9galement vrai. Pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 et r\u00e9duire la taille des particules les plus grosses (D90, Dmax), il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019augmenter le diam\u00e8tre de la buse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Temp\u00e9rature de broyage\u00a0: Une temp\u00e9rature de mat\u00e9riau trop basse r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du broyage et la capacit\u00e9 de production. Dans la mesure du possible, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter la temp\u00e9rature du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour compenser ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Influence de la contre-pression\u00a0: La contre-pression, pression statique \u00e0 la sortie de la buse \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la chambre de broyage, influe sur la vitesse d\u2019\u00e9coulement du gaz dans la buse. Une contre-pression excessive entrave l\u2019\u00e9coulement, r\u00e9duisant directement l\u2019\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique disponible pour le broyage. Une contre-pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e est pr\u00e9judiciable. En production, une augmentation de la r\u00e9sistance dans le syst\u00e8me de collecte peut \u00e9galement accro\u00eetre la contre-pression.
