Elle mesure la taille apparente des agglom\u00e9rats \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat dispers\u00e9. Si la taille mesur\u00e9e par diffraction laser est nettement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la taille des particules primaires observ\u00e9e par microscopie \u00e9lectronique, cela indique une agglom\u00e9ration secondaire importante de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon dans l\u2019eau ou le solvant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diffraction des rayons X (DRX) analyse l&#039;\u00e9largissement des pics de diffraction des cristallites. Les chercheurs peuvent appliquer l&#039;\u00e9quation de Scherrer \u00e0 ces mesures pour calculer la taille des cristallites des particules primaires. Si la taille obtenue par la m\u00e9thode BET est inf\u00e9rieure, cela peut indiquer la pr\u00e9sence de pores ou une rugosit\u00e9 de surface. Si elle est proche de la taille des particules primaires mesur\u00e9e par d&#039;autres m\u00e9thodes, les r\u00e9sultats se confirment. Si la taille r\u00e9elle, mesur\u00e9e par un analyseur de taille de particules, est nettement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la valeur obtenue par la m\u00e9thode BET, cela confirme l&#039;existence d&#039;agglom\u00e9rats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Tests de dispersion et d&#039;ultrasonication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9thode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disperser l&#039;\u00e9chantillon de poudre dans un solvant appropri\u00e9 et observer apr\u00e8s d\u00e9cantation. Une s\u00e9dimentation rapide formant un culot dur indique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une forte agglom\u00e9ration.
