Additionally, a significant portion of the energy in a flat jet mill is wasted; energy consumption increases exponentially as the product fineness decreases during grinding. Materials are typically only processed to around D50=1\u00b5m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A conventional disc jet mill has a disc-shaped grinding chamber. This chamber is surrounded by 6-24 high-pressure nozzles. It also includes a Venturi feeder and a product collector. Feed material is entrained by gas into the Venturi feeder. There, it is accelerated to supersonic speed. Inside the chamber, material moves in a high-speed vortex. This causes inter-particle collision and impact with the walls. Coarse particles are thrown outward for further grinding. Par cons\u00e9quent, il n&#039;est pas adapt\u00e9 au traitement des mat\u00e9riaux plus durs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le broyeur \u00e0 jet \u00e0 circuit circulant (broyeur \u00e0 jet \u00e0 boucle verticale) est un autre type de broyeur \u00e0 jet auto-class\u00e9, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement class\u00e9 en deux cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: \u00e0 section circulaire constante et \u00e0 section variable, cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant la plus r\u00e9pandue aujourd\u2019hui. Sa structure principale est un pipeline en boucle de courbure et de diam\u00e8tre variables (en forme de \u00ab\u00a0O\u00a0\u00bb). En fonctionnement, un gaz comprim\u00e9 est \u00e9ject\u00e9 \u00e0 grande vitesse par l\u2019injecteur d\u2019alimentation, cr\u00e9ant un vide dans la chambre de m\u00e9lange pour aspirer automatiquement le mat\u00e9riau. Ce dernier est ensuite acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 par un tube Venturi dans la chambre de broyage inf\u00e9rieure de la boucle en \u00ab\u00a0O\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs buses supersoniques injectent des jets \u00e0 grande vitesse dans la chambre de broyage selon diff\u00e9rents angles, provoquant collisions, frottements et cisaillements du mat\u00e9riau, ce qui entra\u00eene son broyage. Le mat\u00e9riau broy\u00e9 p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la chambre de classification sup\u00e9rieure de la boucle en \u00ab\u00a0O\u00a0\u00bb avec le flux d&#039;air.
