They show particularly broad application prospects in areas such as artificial teeth, artificial bones, and artificial joints. These ceramics, primarily used within the human body, are termed &#8220;bioceramics.&#8221; This field represents a subject capable of generating significant social and economic benefits globally. The production of high-performance bioceramics often requires raw materials in the form of fine, uniform, and high-purity powders. Elles comprennent les c\u00e9ramiques fines, les c\u00e9ramiques poreuses, certains verres et les monocristaux. D&#039;une part, les c\u00e9ramiques pour bio-implants sont con\u00e7ues pour une implantation directe dans les organismes vivants afin de r\u00e9parer ou d&#039;am\u00e9liorer leurs fonctions corporelles. D&#039;autre part, les c\u00e9ramiques biotechnologiques fonctionnent sans contact direct avec l&#039;organisme, servant notamment \u00e0 l&#039;immobilisation d&#039;enzymes, \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration des bact\u00e9ries et des virus, et \u00e0 la catalyse de r\u00e9actions biochimiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, la plupart des mat\u00e9riaux bioc\u00e9ramiques sont utilis\u00e9s pour remplacer les tissus endommag\u00e9s. Les bioc\u00e9ramiques destin\u00e9es \u00e0 remplacer les tissus humains doivent pr\u00e9senter une excellente biocompatibilit\u00e9, une compatibilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique, une stabilit\u00e9 physique et chimique, une affinit\u00e9 avec les tissus biologiques, des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antithrombotiques et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s bact\u00e9ricides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Affinit\u00e9 et long\u00e9vit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonne affinit\u00e9 pour les organismes signifie que les produits de corrosion\/d\u00e9composition du mat\u00e9riau c\u00e9ramique implant\u00e9 sont non toxiques, ne provoquent ni mutation ni n\u00e9crose des cellules biologiques, et ne sont pas responsables d&#039;inflammation ou de formation de granulomes. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de recherche et d&#039;am\u00e9lioration continues, les bioc\u00e9ramiques actuelles conservent de bonnes performances biologiques tout en offrant une r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et une stabilit\u00e9 chimique accrues, ce qui en fait une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration prometteuse de biomat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perspectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, le march\u00e9 mondial des biomat\u00e9riaux repr\u00e9sente un chiffre d&#039;affaires annuel d&#039;environ 1,4 \u00e0 12 milliard de dollars, le co\u00fbt de la r\u00e9paration et du remplacement des tissus durs \u00e0 lui seul atteignant 2,3 milliards de dollars. \u00c0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle mondiale, plus de 500\u00a0000 proth\u00e8ses totales de hanche ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9es, avec une augmentation de pr\u00e8s de 100\u00a0000 cas par an.
