Ses performances influencent directement l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 du polissage et la qualit\u00e9 de surface des copeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, le march\u00e9 mondial des boues CMP est tr\u00e8s concentr\u00e9, les fabricants am\u00e9ricains et japonais contr\u00f4lant plus de 80% du march\u00e9. Les entreprises japonaises dominent le segment haut de gamme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que certaines entreprises chinoises aient r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se substituer aux produits bas et milieu de gamme, le taux d&#039;autosuffisance pour les produits milieu et haut de gamme reste inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20%, soulignant le besoin urgent d&#039;alternatives nationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019une des principales raisons du manque d\u2019autosuffisance en liquides de polissage de milieu et haut de gamme est la localisation incompl\u00e8te des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res cl\u00e9s.<br>Prenons l&#039;exemple des abrasifs\u00a0: en CMP, les trois abrasifs les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s sont Al\u2082O\u2083, SiO\u2082 et CeO\u2082. Si la rupture d&#039;approvisionnement se poursuit, la capacit\u00e9 de production du troisi\u00e8me trimestre pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9duite de 10%, ce qui rend la situation extr\u00eamement urgente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet incident sert d\u2019avertissement : la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement ne se limite pas aux \u00e9quipements et aux puces, mais inclut \u00e9galement les consommables critiques comme les boues de polissage et les mat\u00e9riaux en amont comme l\u2019alumine de haute puret\u00e9, qui restent tous deux des goulots d\u2019\u00e9tranglement vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur chinois des mat\u00e9riaux semi-conducteurs doit acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer ses efforts pour r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance ext\u00e9rieure.
