Leur fonction principale est d&#039;emp\u00eacher la formation de surfaces hydrophobes sur les particules c\u00e9ramiques, pr\u00e9venant ainsi leur agglom\u00e9ration. Dans les m\u00eames conditions d&#039;ajout d&#039;eau, ils augmentent la quantit\u00e9 d&#039;eau libre entre les particules. Ils permettent \u00e9galement de r\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment les composants de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re dans le milieu, d&#039;am\u00e9liorer la fluidit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te et l&#039;uniformit\u00e9 des particules. Dans l&#039;industrie c\u00e9ramique, selon l&#039;objet et le proc\u00e9d\u00e9, des agents mouillants appropri\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s pour transformer une surface lipophile en surface hydrophile, ou inversement. Le broyage \u00e0 boulets est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 essentiel au traitement initial des boues. En pratique, le broyage humide est souvent utilis\u00e9, ce qui donne de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Lors du broyage \u00e0 boulets humide, les poudres ont tendance \u00e0 s&#039;agglom\u00e9rer en raison des collisions, de la proximit\u00e9 et de l&#039;attraction entre mol\u00e9cules ou particules. This replaces the original particle\/solvent interfacial tension with the dispersant\/water interfacial tension. For ceramic particles to be stably dispersed in the solvent, the resultant force on the particles must be zero. When the concentration of the ceramic slurry suspension and the particle size of the clay particles are fixed, the gravity, buoyancy, and interaction forces on the particles are also fixed.
