Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l&#039;exigence du produit de 10 \u00b5m dans le m\u00eame temps de broyage. En effet, il s&#039;agit d\u00e9j\u00e0 de l&#039;une des charges min\u00e9rales non m\u00e9talliques les plus dispersibles, ce qui laisse peu de place \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration suppl\u00e9mentaire par modification de surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En termes de duret\u00e9 et d&#039;adh\u00e9rence, le sulfate de baryum modifi\u00e9 en surface ne pr\u00e9sente aucune am\u00e9lioration significative par rapport \u00e0 la poudre d&#039;origine. La variation de duret\u00e9 entre les diff\u00e9rentes charges d\u00e9pend principalement de leur duret\u00e9 Mohs, le sulfate de baryum \u00e9tant \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 3, ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme moyen. Comme il n&#039;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas utilis\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer la duret\u00e9 du film de peinture, la modification a peu d&#039;effet \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la brillance, le sulfate de baryum modifi\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente des performances similaires \u00e0 celles de la poudre d&#039;origine. En effet, les agents de couplage au silane reposent principalement sur l&#039;hydrolyse pour former des groupes hydroxyles, qui se lient aux groupes hydroxyles de la surface min\u00e9rale. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le sulfate de baryum a une faible teneur en hydroxyles, l&#039;effet de modification est faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#039;autre part, les agents de couplage titanate forment une liaison chimique avec la charge inorganique par l&#039;interm\u00e9diaire de groupes alcoxy, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une monocouche active organique \u00e0 l&#039;interface inorganique-organique. Cela am\u00e9liore la compatibilit\u00e9 entre le sulfate de baryum et les r\u00e9sines organiques, augmentant consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;acide et \u00e0 l&#039;eau du rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conclusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sulfate de baryum pr\u00e9sente des avantages tels qu&#039;une densit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, des particules denses et une faible absorption d&#039;huile, ce qui se traduit par une bonne dispersibilit\u00e9 et une bonne adh\u00e9rence. Cependant, la modification de surface n&#039;apporte que peu d&#039;am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sulfate de baryum ayant une duret\u00e9 Mohs de 3, il ne convient pas pour augmenter la duret\u00e9 du film de peinture. De plus, en raison de sa faible teneur en hydroxyle, la modification avec des agents de couplage au silane est inefficace, ce qui entra\u00eene une am\u00e9lioration minimale des performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les modifications test\u00e9es, les agents de couplage au titanate obtiennent les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.
