D\u00e9finition et source<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un polym\u00e8re de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ne peut pas fournir une certaine r\u00e9sistance et t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 comme la r\u00e9sine, et ne peut pas \u00eatre transform\u00e9 en un seul mat\u00e9riau dans un produit avec des fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques, nous pouvons le classer comme cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne est divis\u00e9e en plusieurs cat\u00e9gories en fonction de sa source. Elle est class\u00e9e selon diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de polym\u00e9risation. Il s&#039;agit de la polym\u00e9risation radicalaire, de la polym\u00e9risation Ziegler-Natta, de la polym\u00e9risation catalytique m\u00e9talloc\u00e8ne et de la technologie de polym\u00e9risation exclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) <strong>M\u00e9thode de craquage thermique<\/strong>\u00a0La r\u00e9sine PE est utilis\u00e9e comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re. Dans cette m\u00e9thode, l&#039;extrusion \u00e0 vis ou les r\u00e9acteurs sont utilis\u00e9s pour le craquage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. La r\u00e9sine de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ou le plastique poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne recycl\u00e9 est d\u00e9compos\u00e9 en cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne \u00e0 faible poids mol\u00e9culaire relatif. Par rapport \u00e0 la cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne produite par la m\u00e9thode de polym\u00e9risation, la distribution du poids mol\u00e9culaire relatif est plus large. L&#039;odeur due au faible poids mol\u00e9culaire relatif peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 \u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement. De plus, il peut \u00eatre difficile d&#039;\u00e9viter la formation de points noirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) <strong>Sous-produit de cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne<\/strong>\u00a0Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un sous-produit de la synth\u00e8se de r\u00e9sine de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un oligom\u00e8re, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un m\u00e9lange de plusieurs oligom\u00e8res ayant des degr\u00e9s de polym\u00e9risation variables. Si la m\u00e9thode de distillation et de d\u00e9coupe est utilis\u00e9e, il peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en cires de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ayant diff\u00e9rentes plages de fusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. <strong>Indicateurs de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Son poids mol\u00e9culaire varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 1000 \u00e0 5000. Le point de ramollissement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compris entre 90 et 120\u00b0C. La densit\u00e9 est d&#039;environ 0,92 \u00e0 0,95 g\/cm\u00b3, comme indiqu\u00e9 dans le tableau suivant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Article<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Indicateur<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Influence<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Poids mol\u00e9culaire<\/td><td>1500-5000<\/td><td>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, plus le poids mol\u00e9culaire est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus le point de fusion est \u00e9lev\u00e9, et vice versa.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Point de ramollissement<\/td><td>90 0-120\u2103 (varie selon le poids mol\u00e9culaire)<\/td><td>Si le point de ramollissement est trop bas, il est facile de se vaporiser et de s&#039;\u00e9vaporer lors de la production \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Duret\u00e9<\/td><td>Jusqu&#039;\u00e0 3 \u2013 8<\/td><td>Affecte la duret\u00e9 du produit final.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Viscosit\u00e9<\/td><td>10-600 (CPS140\u2103)<\/td><td>Une viscosit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e entra\u00eenera une mauvaise dispersion, mais une bonne brillance, une faible viscosit\u00e9 entra\u00eenera une bonne dispersion et une brillance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. De plus, si la viscosit\u00e9 est trop faible, la cire pr\u00e9cipitera facilement, ce qui n&#039;est pas propice \u00e0 la dispersion des charges. Si la viscosit\u00e9 est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, cela affectera la vitesse d&#039;extrusion et la capacit\u00e9 de production.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>P\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l&#039;aiguille<\/td><td>1-4<\/td><td>Plus la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l&#039;aiguille est grande, plus la graisse est molle, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire plus la viscosit\u00e9 est faible ; inversement, plus la graisse est dure, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire plus la viscosit\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. <strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques et applications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sente une excellente lubrification externe et une forte lubrification interne. Elle est bien soluble dans les r\u00e9sines telles que le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne, le chlorure de polyvinyle et le polypropyl\u00e8ne. De plus, elle pr\u00e9sente une faible viscosit\u00e9, un point de ramollissement \u00e9lev\u00e9, une bonne duret\u00e9, une non-toxicit\u00e9, une bonne stabilit\u00e9 thermique et une faible volatilit\u00e9 \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Elle pr\u00e9sente une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, une forte r\u00e9sistance chimique et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le traitement des plastiques, il sert de lubrifiant efficace dans le traitement par extrusion, calandrage et injection des polyol\u00e9fines. Cela peut am\u00e9liorer l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 du traitement, emp\u00eacher l&#039;adh\u00e9rence des films, des tuyaux et des feuilles et am\u00e9liorer la douceur et la brillance des produits finis. La s\u00e9lection de la cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne appropri\u00e9e dans le traitement du PVC peut retarder ou acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus de g\u00e9lification. Il offre \u00e9galement une bonne lubrification et une bonne aptitude au traitement, ainsi qu&#039;un positionnement des pigments m\u00e9talliques. De plus, il peut emp\u00eacher le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d&#039;agglom\u00e9rats durs tels que la silice, augmenter la stabilit\u00e9 au stockage des rev\u00eatements, \u00e9viter les rayures m\u00e9talliques et prot\u00e9ger la stabilit\u00e9 au stockage des canettes imprim\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I.
