Il existe sous deux formes principales : le carbonate de calcium l\u00e9ger (carbonate de calcium pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9) et le carbonate de calcium lourd. Le carbonate de calcium l\u00e9ger est produit chimiquement, tandis que le carbonate de calcium lourd est fabriqu\u00e9 par concassage et broyage m\u00e9caniques. Leurs densit\u00e9s sont similaires : 2,4 \u00e0 2,6 g\/cm\u00b3 pour le calcium l\u00e9ger et 2,6 \u00e0 2,9 g\/cm\u00b3 pour le calcium lourd. La principale diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans leur densit\u00e9 apparente, qui affecte la fa\u00e7on dont ils se d\u00e9posent en volume. Les normes nationales \u00e9valuent la qualit\u00e9 du calcium l\u00e9ger en fonction des r\u00e9sidus de tamisage \u00e0 125 \u03bcm et 45 \u03bcm, ce qui ne refl\u00e8te pas enti\u00e8rement la taille et la distribution des particules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du broyage et du concassage du carbonate de calcium lourd, la taille des particules varie, cr\u00e9ant une distribution de petite \u00e0 grande dans une certaine plage. Diff\u00e9rences de sortie<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le remplacement du calcium l\u00e9ger par du calcium lourd peut affecter la longueur ou la surface du produit. Le calcium lourd peut entra\u00eener une surface plus courte ou r\u00e9duite pour le m\u00eame poids de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une diminution de la valeur du produit. Prix<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix du calcium lourd varie consid\u00e9rablement en fonction de la taille et de la distribution des particules. Par exemple, les prix du calcium lourd de 1\u00a0250 mesh, 800 mesh et 400 mesh peuvent diff\u00e9rer de 2 \u00e0 4 fois chez le m\u00eame fabricant. Le calcium l\u00e9ger est largement disponible et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus rentable.
