Le sulfate de baryum ultrafin est id\u00e9al pour les rev\u00eatements en poudre en raison de sa grande capacit\u00e9 de remplissage, de sa bonne luminosit\u00e9, de son excellent nivellement, de sa forte r\u00e9tention de brillance et de sa compatibilit\u00e9 avec tous les colorants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application de la poudre de mica dans les rev\u00eatements en poudre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La poudre de mica est constitu\u00e9e de silicates complexes avec des particules sous forme d&#039;\u00e9cailles. Il offre une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, ainsi qu\u2019une r\u00e9sistance aux acides et aux alcalis. La poudre de mica affecte la fluidit\u00e9 de fusion des rev\u00eatements en poudre et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e dans les rev\u00eatements r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature et isolants. Il combine de nombreuses caract\u00e9ristiques des min\u00e9raux de mica et d\u2019argile. Lorsqu&#039;elle est utilis\u00e9e dans les rev\u00eatements, la s\u00e9ricite peut am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance aux intemp\u00e9ries, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;eau, l&#039;adh\u00e9rence et la r\u00e9sistance du film de rev\u00eatement. Cela am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement l\u2019apparence du rev\u00eatement. Les particules de colorant peuvent facilement p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les couches interm\u00e9diaires de la poudre de s\u00e9ricite, ce qui aide \u00e0 maintenir une couleur durable sans d\u00e9coloration. De plus, la poudre de s\u00e9ricite poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-algues et anti-moisissures. La poudre de s\u00e9ricite est donc une excellente charge multifonctionnelle pour les rev\u00eatements avec un rapport qualit\u00e9-prix \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application du kaolin dans les rev\u00eatements en poudre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le kaolin pr\u00e9sent dans les rev\u00eatements en poudre peut am\u00e9liorer la thixotropie et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-d\u00e9cantation. L&#039;argile calcin\u00e9e n&#039;affecte pas les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s rh\u00e9ologiques mais peut fournir un effet mat, augmenter l&#039;opacit\u00e9 et am\u00e9liorer la blancheur, semblable \u00e0 la poudre de talc. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, le kaolin a une absorption d&#039;eau \u00e9lev\u00e9e et ne convient pas pour am\u00e9liorer la thixotropie des rev\u00eatements ou pr\u00e9parer des rev\u00eatements hydrophobes. La taille des particules des produits \u00e0 base de kaolin varie de 0,2 \u00e0 1 \u03bcm. Le kaolin de plus grande taille de particules a une absorption d\u2019eau plus faible et un meilleur effet matifiant.
