Condiciones del proceso y principio de funcionamiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El material se introduce en una c\u00e1mara donde se acelera mediante un chorro de alta velocidad. Operaci\u00f3n del clasificador: Opere el clasificador a una frecuencia de 5 a 50 Hz. NO exceda la frecuencia nominal ni la corriente del motor. Se proh\u00edbe la rotaci\u00f3n inversa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Operaci\u00f3n del alimentador: Opere el alimentador de tornillo con una frecuencia entre 5 y 50 Hz. NO exceda la frecuencia\/corriente nominal del motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Procedimiento de apagado: Despu\u00e9s del apagado, purgue completamente el gas residual del compresor de aire y del secador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Entorno del equipo: La temperatura ambiente del compresor y del secador refrigerado no debe superar los 40 \u00b0C para garantizar su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Durante las inspecciones de producci\u00f3n, revise las luces indicadoras del gabinete de control el\u00e9ctrico. Una luz verde indica que el equipo funciona correctamente; una luz amarilla indica una alarma, que requiere inspecci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n inmediatas; una luz roja indica una falla del equipo, que requiere un apagado inmediato para su inspecci\u00f3n. El equipo solo podr\u00e1 operarse una vez que se haya solucionado la falla. Est\u00e1 estrictamente prohibido continuar operando el equipo cuando la luz amarilla de alarma est\u00e9 encendida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Apagado correcto: Antes de apagar, aseg\u00farese de que la c\u00e1mara de molienda est\u00e9 completamente vac\u00eda (normalmente de 5 a 20 minutos despu\u00e9s de detener la alimentaci\u00f3n). NO detenga el sistema inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de detener la alimentaci\u00f3n ni con material a\u00fan en la c\u00e1mara. Si queda material en la c\u00e1mara despu\u00e9s de una parada normal, debe limpiarse completamente antes de reiniciarla. Con otras condiciones constantes, una velocidad de alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta generalmente produce un producto m\u00e1s fino con una distribuci\u00f3n de tama\u00f1o m\u00e1s estrecha. Sin embargo, una velocidad demasiado baja reduce la probabilidad de colisi\u00f3n de part\u00edculas, lo que afecta negativamente la finura. El ajuste de la velocidad de alimentaci\u00f3n busca lograr la relaci\u00f3n gas-s\u00f3lido \u00f3ptima. Una molturabilidad deficiente o requisitos de finura m\u00e1s altos requieren una relaci\u00f3n gas-s\u00f3lido m\u00e1s alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Presi\u00f3n de molienda: El principio se basa en convertir la energ\u00eda de la presi\u00f3n del fluido en energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica, lo que proporciona la fuerza de molienda. Una mayor presi\u00f3n de gas aumenta la velocidad del chorro (aunque no linealmente, ya que los coeficientes de resistencia superan cierto punto), lo que influye en el consumo de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Tama\u00f1o de la boquilla: El di\u00e1metro de la boquilla afecta la cantidad de part\u00edculas aceleradas y su velocidad final, lo que influye en el tama\u00f1o y la uniformidad de las part\u00edculas. Generalmente, las boquillas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as aumentan la presi\u00f3n, act\u00faan sobre menos part\u00edculas, producen mayores velocidades de part\u00edcula, reducen la uniformidad tras la colisi\u00f3n y producen un polvo m\u00e1s fino pero menos consistente, y viceversa. Para mejorar la uniformidad y reducir el tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas grandes (D90, Dm\u00e1x), puede ser necesario aumentar el di\u00e1metro de la boquilla seg\u00fan corresponda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Temperatura de fresado: Una temperatura m\u00e1s baja del material reduce significativamente la eficiencia del fresado y la capacidad de producci\u00f3n. Siempre que sea posible, se recomienda aumentar la temperatura del proceso para contrarrestar este fen\u00f3meno normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Influencia de la contrapresi\u00f3n: La contrapresi\u00f3n, la presi\u00f3n est\u00e1tica en la salida de la boquilla dentro de la c\u00e1mara de molienda, afecta la velocidad del flujo de gas dentro de la boquilla. Una contrapresi\u00f3n excesiva impide el flujo de la boquilla, reduciendo directamente la energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica disponible para la molienda. Un aumento de la contrapresi\u00f3n es perjudicial. Durante la producci\u00f3n, el aumento de la resistencia en el sistema de recolecci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n puede aumentar la contrapresi\u00f3n.
