Su rendimiento afecta directamente la eficiencia del pulido y la calidad de la superficie de la viruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, el mercado global de lodos CMP est\u00e1 altamente concentrado, con fabricantes estadounidenses y japoneses controlando m\u00e1s del 80% del mercado. Las empresas japonesas dominan el segmento de alta gama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque algunas empresas chinas han logrado sustituciones en las gamas de productos de gama baja y media, la tasa de autosuficiencia para los productos de gama media y alta sigue siendo inferior a 20%, lo que destaca la urgente necesidad de alternativas nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las principales razones de la falta de autosuficiencia en l\u00edquidos de pulido de gama media y alta es la localizaci\u00f3n incompleta de materias primas clave.<br>Tomemos como ejemplo los abrasivos: en CMP, los tres abrasivos m\u00e1s utilizados son Al\u2082O\u2083, SiO\u2082 y CeO\u2082.
