Seg\u00fan los diferentes m\u00e9todos de procesamiento, existen dos tipos: GCC y PCC. Es el relleno en polvo m\u00e1s utilizado en industrias como la del pl\u00e1stico, el caucho y la fabricaci\u00f3n de papel. <strong>Carbonato de calcio molido<\/strong>El carbonato de calcio precipitado (CCP), tambi\u00e9n conocido como CCP, se produce mediante procesamiento f\u00edsico. Las materias primas son calcita natural, caliza, dolomita, tiza, conchas, etc. El carbonato de calcio precipitado, tambi\u00e9n conocido como CCP, se produce mediante procesamiento qu\u00edmico. Algunos productos de alta gama pueden incluso alcanzar valores tan bajos como 0,11 TP\u2083T.<br>Los productos PCC ordinarios suelen tener un contenido de humedad de 0,3%\u20130,8%, que puede fluctuar y es menos estable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">06 Forma de la part\u00edcula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Las caracter\u00edsticas del polvo de GCC incluyen: formas irregulares de part\u00edculas, part\u00edculas angulares, superficies rugosas, variaci\u00f3n significativa del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula, amplia distribuci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula y tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula m\u00e1s grandes. El polvo de PCC presenta formas de part\u00edcula regulares y puede considerarse un polvo monodisperso, con una distribuci\u00f3n estrecha del tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula. Carbonato de calcio c\u00fabico: tama\u00f1o promedio de part\u00edcula: 0,02-0,1 \u03bcm. Carbonato de calcio acicular: tama\u00f1o promedio de part\u00edcula: 0,01-0,1 \u03bcm, con una relaci\u00f3n de aspecto de 5-100. Carbonato de calcio en cadena: tama\u00f1o promedio de part\u00edcula: 0,01-0,1 \u03bcm, con una relaci\u00f3n de aspecto de 10-50. Carbonato de calcio esf\u00e9rico: tama\u00f1o promedio de part\u00edcula: 0,03-0,05 \u03bcm. Al usarse como relleno en alimentos como galletas, puede producir un sabor ahogado o irritante.<br>El CCG, por el contrario, no tiene ese sabor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">08 Tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El rango de tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula de los productos GCC es de 0,5 a 45 \u03bcm. Seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o promedio de part\u00edcula (d), la clasificaci\u00f3n es la siguiente:<br>\u2022 Carbonato de calcio molido grueso: d &gt; 3 \u03bcm &nbsp;<br>\u2022 Carbonato de calcio finamente molido: d = 1\u20133 \u03bcm &nbsp;<br>\u2022 Carbonato de calcio ultrafino: d = 0,5\u20131 \u03bcm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>09 Volumen de sedimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El volumen de sedimentaci\u00f3n se refiere al volumen de una unidad de masa de carbonato de calcio.
