Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio comparativo mediante pruebas de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas convencionales, la resistencia inicial al agua, la resistencia a la niebla salina, la resistencia al agua desionizada a temperatura ambiente, la resistencia a 0,1 mol\/L de \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico y la resistencia a 0,1 mol\/L de hidr\u00f3xido de sodio de la pel\u00edcula de pintura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Luego, agregue el neutralizador DMEA y contin\u00fae agitando a baja velocidad.<br>(2) Agregue agua gradualmente en peque\u00f1as cantidades para emulsionar, ajustando la velocidad a aproximadamente 1000 r\/min seg\u00fan el proceso de emulsificaci\u00f3n.<br>(3) Despu\u00e9s de la emulsificaci\u00f3n, agregue el dispersante y el agente antiespumante en secuencia, asegurando una dispersi\u00f3n uniforme.<br>(4) Agregue el negro de carb\u00f3n, revuelva a baja velocidad y cubra la tapa despu\u00e9s de agregar todos los materiales. La blancura, el tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula y otros indicadores del producto modificado se mantuvieron similares a los del polvo original. La absorci\u00f3n de aceite disminuy\u00f3 en 1 punto, pero la reducci\u00f3n no fue significativa. Esto se debi\u00f3 a que el agente de acoplamiento utilizado como modificador no afect\u00f3 en gran medida la absorci\u00f3n de aceite del polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cuatro tipos de rellenos de sulfato de bario se prepararon seg\u00fan la f\u00f3rmula de la Tabla 1 y se compar\u00f3 su rendimiento de aplicaci\u00f3n en imprimaciones de \u00e9ster epoxi a base de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2 Prueba de rendimiento convencional<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"775\" height=\"475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15009\" style=\"width:978px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp 775w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-300x184.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-768x471.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-18x12.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-600x368.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 775px) 100vw, 775px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se utiliza sulfato de bario modificado con diferentes agentes en imprimaci\u00f3n de \u00e9steres ep\u00f3xicos a base de agua, su dispersabilidad permanece constante. Cumple con el requisito del producto de 10 \u00b5m dentro del mismo tiempo de molienda. Esto se debe a que ya es uno de los rellenos minerales no met\u00e1licos m\u00e1s dispersables, lo que deja un margen limitado para una mejora adicional mediante la modificaci\u00f3n de la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos de dureza y adherencia, el sulfato de bario modificado superficialmente no muestra una mejora significativa con respecto al polvo original. La variaci\u00f3n de dureza entre los diferentes rellenos depende principalmente de su dureza de Mohs, siendo el sulfato de bario clasificado en 3, que se considera medio. Dado que no se utiliza normalmente para mejorar la dureza de la pel\u00edcula de pintura, la modificaci\u00f3n tiene poco efecto en este aspecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al brillo, el sulfato de bario modificado tiene un rendimiento similar al del polvo original. Esto se debe a que los agentes de acoplamiento de silano dependen principalmente de la hidr\u00f3lisis para formar grupos hidroxilo, que se unen a los grupos hidroxilo en la superficie del mineral. Dado que el sulfato de bario tiene un bajo contenido de hidroxilo, el efecto de modificaci\u00f3n es d\u00e9bil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, los agentes de acoplamiento de titanato forman un enlace qu\u00edmico con el relleno inorg\u00e1nico a trav\u00e9s de grupos alcoxi, creando una monocapa org\u00e1nica activa en la interfaz inorg\u00e1nica-org\u00e1nica. Esto mejora la compatibilidad entre el sulfato de bario y las resinas org\u00e1nicas, mejorando significativamente la resistencia del recubrimiento a los \u00e1cidos y al agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El sulfato de bario ofrece ventajas como una alta gravedad espec\u00edfica, part\u00edculas densas y una baja absorci\u00f3n de aceite, lo que da como resultado una buena dispersabilidad y adhesi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, la modificaci\u00f3n de la superficie proporciona pocas mejoras en estas propiedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que el sulfato de bario tiene una dureza Mohs de 3, no es adecuado para aumentar la dureza de la pel\u00edcula de pintura. Adem\u00e1s, debido a su bajo contenido de hidroxilo, la modificaci\u00f3n con agentes de acoplamiento de silano es ineficaz, lo que conduce a una mejora m\u00ednima del rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las modificaciones probadas, los agentes de acoplamiento de titanato son los que obtienen los mejores resultados.
