Definici\u00f3n y fuente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un pol\u00edmero de polietileno no puede proporcionar cierta resistencia y dureza como la resina, y no puede procesarse como un solo material en un producto con funciones espec\u00edficas, podemos clasificarlo como cera de polietileno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cera de polietileno se divide en varias categor\u00edas seg\u00fan su origen. Se clasifica seg\u00fan diferentes m\u00e9todos de polimerizaci\u00f3n. Son polimerizaci\u00f3n por radicales libres, polimerizaci\u00f3n Ziegler-Natta, polimerizaci\u00f3n catal\u00edtica de metaloceno y tecnolog\u00eda de polimerizaci\u00f3n patentada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) <strong>M\u00e9todo de craqueo t\u00e9rmico<\/strong>\u00a0El m\u00e9todo de polimerizaci\u00f3n consiste en utilizar resina de polietileno como materia prima. En este m\u00e9todo se utilizan extrusiones de tornillo o reactores para el craqueo a alta temperatura. La resina de polietileno o el pl\u00e1stico de polietileno reciclado se descomponen en cera de polietileno de bajo peso molecular relativo. En comparaci\u00f3n con la cera de polietileno producida por el m\u00e9todo de polimerizaci\u00f3n, la distribuci\u00f3n del peso molecular relativo es m\u00e1s amplia. El olor del peso molecular relativo bajo puede ser dif\u00edcil de eliminar por completo. Si la viscosidad es demasiado alta, afectar\u00e1 la velocidad de extrusi\u00f3n y la capacidad de producci\u00f3n.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Penetraci\u00f3n de la aguja<\/td><td>1-4<\/td><td>Cuanto mayor sea la penetraci\u00f3n de la aguja, m\u00e1s blanda ser\u00e1 la grasa, es decir, menor ser\u00e1 la viscosidad; viceversa, cuanto m\u00e1s dura sea la grasa, es decir, mayor ser\u00e1 la viscosidad.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. <strong>Caracter\u00edsticas y aplicaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cera de polietileno presenta una excelente lubricaci\u00f3n externa y una fuerte lubricaci\u00f3n interna. Es muy soluble en resinas como el polietileno, el cloruro de polivinilo y el polipropileno. Adem\u00e1s, tiene una baja viscosidad, un alto punto de ablandamiento, buena dureza, no es t\u00f3xica, tiene buena estabilidad t\u00e9rmica y una baja volatilidad a altas temperaturas. Tiene una excelente resistencia a la humedad a temperatura ambiente, una fuerte resistencia qu\u00edmica y excelentes propiedades el\u00e9ctricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el procesamiento de pl\u00e1sticos, sirve como un lubricante eficiente en el procesamiento de extrusi\u00f3n, calandrado e inyecci\u00f3n de poliolefinas. Esto puede mejorar la eficiencia del procesamiento, evitando la adhesi\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas, tuber\u00edas y l\u00e1minas, y mejorando la suavidad y el brillo de los productos terminados. La selecci\u00f3n de la cera de polietileno adecuada en el procesamiento de PVC puede retrasar o acelerar el proceso de gelificaci\u00f3n.
