H\u00f6herer Arbeitsdruck und gr\u00f6\u00dferer Luftdurchsatz pro Zeiteinheit k\u00f6nnen zu gr\u00f6\u00dferen Farbver\u00e4nderungen pro Druckeinheit f\u00fchren, wobei es jedoch keine exakte Regel gibt. Hinweis: Beim Mahlen geht es prim\u00e4r darum, die gew\u00fcnschte Feinheit zu erreichen und die Farbe nur geringf\u00fcgig zu ver\u00e4ndern. Es wird nicht empfohlen, die Mahlparameter f\u00fcr signifikante Farbver\u00e4nderungen anzupassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(4) Typischerweise ist der Hegman-Reinheitswert des Produkts niedriger als sein Hegman-Feinheitswert. Die Reinheit wird durch den R\u00fcckstandsgehalt des Rohmaterials beeinflusst. Ultrafeinvermahlung kann die Reinheit verbessern, aber nicht auf das Niveau der Feinheit bringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(5) Die Produktionsrate wird \u00fcber die F\u00f6rderschneckenfrequenz gesteuert. Die F\u00f6rdermenge h\u00e4ngt von der Vibrationsdichte des Rohmaterials und der Dichtheit des Venturi-Systems ab. Beispielsweise beeinflusst das Abdichten des Druckausgleichers die F\u00f6rdermenge bei gelbem Eisenoxid deutlich, bei schwarzem und rotem Eisenoxid jedoch weniger. Umgekehrt kann das \u00d6ffnen des Ausgleichers und die Erh\u00f6hung der F\u00f6rderfrequenz die F\u00f6rdermenge und damit die Produktion steigern. Derzeit ist das Abdichten des Druckausgleichers g\u00e4ngige Praxis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(6) Durch Anpassen des Arbeitsdrucks l\u00e4sst sich die gew\u00fcnschte Produktqualit\u00e4t erzielen. Bei Eisenoxidrot, -schwarz und -gelb verbessert eine Erh\u00f6hung des Arbeitsluftdrucks (bei sonst gleichen Bedingungen) die Feinheit. Bei Eisenoxidgelb reduziert sie zudem die Viskosit\u00e4t.
