Je nach Verarbeitungsverfahren gibt es zwei Arten: GCC und PCC. Es ist der am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete Pulverf\u00fcllstoff in Branchen wie der Kunststoff-, Gummi- und Papierherstellung. <strong>Gemahlenes Calciumcarbonat<\/strong>, auch bekannt als GCC, wird durch physikalische Verfahren hergestellt. Die Rohstoffe sind nat\u00fcrlicher Kalzit, Kalkstein, Dolomit, Kreide, Muscheln usw. Gef\u00e4lltes Calciumcarbonat, kurz PCC, entsteht durch chemische Verfahren. Es tr\u00e4gt nicht nur zur Senkung der Rohstoffkosten von Kunststoffprodukten bei, sondern verbessert auch bestimmte Eigenschaften von Kunststoffen. Studien zeigen, dass verschiedene Arten von Calciumcarbonat die Leistung von Basiskunststoffen bei richtiger Anwendung deutlich steigern k\u00f6nnen. Die klare Unterscheidung zwischen PCC und GCC stellt jedoch f\u00fcr viele Anwender seit langem eine Herausforderung dar. Einige High-End-Produkte k\u00f6nnen sogar bis auf 0,1% sinken;<br>Gew\u00f6hnliche PCC-Produkte haben typischerweise einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 0,3%\u20130,8%, der schwanken kann und weniger stabil ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">06 Partikelform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Zu den Pulvereigenschaften von GCC geh\u00f6ren unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Partikelformen, kantige Partikel, raue Oberfl\u00e4chen, erhebliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfenvariationen, eine breite Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung und gr\u00f6\u00dfere Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfen. Zerkleinern und Raffinieren ver\u00e4ndern die Kristallform von GCC nicht. Kalzitbasiertes GCC ist im Allgemeinen hexagonal, marmorbasiertes GCC hingegen kubisch. Die Kristallform wird haupts\u00e4chlich durch das Ausgangsmaterial bestimmt. PCC-Pulver weist regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Partikelformen auf und gilt als monodisperses Pulver mit enger Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung. Basierend auf der Partikelform kann PCC in spindelf\u00f6rmige, kubische, nadelf\u00f6rmige, kettenf\u00f6rmige, kugelf\u00f6rmige, flockenf\u00f6rmige und rhombische Formen eingeteilt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Spindelf\u00f6rmiges Calciumcarbonat: durchschnittliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der L\u00e4ngsachse 5\u201312 \u03bcm, der Kurzachse 1\u20133 \u03bcm. Kubisches Calciumcarbonat: durchschnittliche Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe 0,02\u20130,1 \u03bcm. Nadelf\u00f6rmiges Calciumcarbonat: durchschnittliche Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe 0,01\u20130,1 \u03bcm, mit einem Aspektverh\u00e4ltnis von 5\u2013100. Kettenf\u00f6rmiges Calciumcarbonat: durchschnittliche Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe 0,01\u20130,1 \u03bcm, Aspektverh\u00e4ltnis 10\u201350. Sph\u00e4risches Calciumcarbonat: durchschnittliche Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe 0,03\u20130,05 \u03bcm. Als F\u00fcllstoff in Lebensmitteln wie Keksen kann es einen W\u00fcrge- oder Reizgeschmack verursachen.<br>GCC hingegen hat diesen Geschmack nicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">08 Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfen von GCC-Produkten liegen zwischen 0,5 und 45 \u03bcm. Basierend auf der durchschnittlichen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe (d) erfolgt die Kategorisierung wie folgt:<br>\u2022 Grob gemahlenes Calciumcarbonat: d &gt; 3 \u03bcm &nbsp;<br>\u2022 Fein gemahlenes Calciumcarbonat: d = 1\u20133 \u03bcm &nbsp;<br>\u2022 Ultrafeines Calciumcarbonat: d = 0,5\u20131 \u03bcm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>09 Sedimentationsvolumen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Sedimentationsvolumen bezieht sich auf das Volumen einer Masseneinheit Calciumcarbonat.
