Es wurde eine Vergleichsstudie durchgef\u00fchrt, bei der die herk\u00f6mmlichen mechanischen Eigenschaften, die anf\u00e4ngliche Wasserbest\u00e4ndigkeit, die Salzspr\u00fchbest\u00e4ndigkeit, die Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen deionisiertes Wasser bei Raumtemperatur, die Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen 0,1 mol\/l Schwefels\u00e4ure und die Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen 0,1 mol\/l Natriumhydroxid des Lackfilms getestet wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Experimenteller Prozess<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"753\" height=\"645\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15007\" style=\"width:968px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E.webp 753w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-300x257.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-14x12.webp 14w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/001E-600x514.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 753px) 100vw, 753px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vorbereitungsprozess:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Epoxidharz und wasserbasiertes Trockenmittel nacheinander zugeben und bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit mit 400-600 U\/min r\u00fchren. Anschlie\u00dfend den Neutralisator DMEA zugeben und bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit weiterr\u00fchren.<br>(2) Zum Emulgieren allm\u00e4hlich kleine Mengen Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und dabei die Geschwindigkeit je nach Emulgierungsprozess auf etwa 1.000 U\/min einstellen.<br>(3) Nach der Emulgierung werden nacheinander das Dispergiermittel und das Entsch\u00e4umungsmittel zugegeben, um eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Dispersion sicherzustellen.<br>(4) Ru\u00df zugeben, bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit r\u00fchren und den Deckel aufsetzen, nachdem alle Materialien zugegeben wurden. Bei etwa 1200 U\/min dispergieren, dann Bariumsulfat und Strontiumchromgelb zugeben. Weiter dispergieren, bevor alle restlichen Komponenten zur weiteren Dispersion zugegeben werden.<br>(5) Zirkoniumperlen zum Mahlen bei 3000 \u2013 3500 U\/min f\u00fcr 1 Stunde einf\u00fchren und die Feinheit des Schabers entsprechend anpassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Experimentelle Ergebnisse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1 Leistungsvergleich verschiedener ultrafeiner Bariumsulfate<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die grundlegenden physikalischen Eigenschaften von ultrafeinem Bariumsulfat wurden nach dem <strong>GB\/T<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"761\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15008\" style=\"width:979px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E.webp 761w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-300x117.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-18x7.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/002E-600x234.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a037041-2018<\/strong>\u00a0Standard, die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 2 dargestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Modifizierung des Bariumsulfatpulvers wurden drei verschiedene Oberfl\u00e4chenmodifikatoren verwendet. Der Wei\u00dfgrad, die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe und andere Indikatoren des modifizierten Produkts blieben denen des Originalpulvers \u00e4hnlich. Die \u00d6labsorption nahm um 1 Punkt ab, die Verringerung war jedoch nicht signifikant. Dies lag daran, dass das als Modifikator verwendete Kopplungsmittel die \u00d6labsorption des Pulvers nicht stark beeinflusste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die vier Arten von Bariumsulfat-F\u00fcllstoffen wurden anhand der Formel in Tabelle 1 hergestellt und ihre Anwendungsleistung in wasserbasierten Epoxidester-Grundierungen verglichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.2 Konventioneller Leistungstest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"775\" height=\"475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15009\" style=\"width:978px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E.webp 775w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-300x184.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-768x471.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-18x12.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/003E-600x368.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 775px) 100vw, 775px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn mit verschiedenen Mitteln modifiziertes Bariumsulfat in wasserbasierter Epoxidestergrundierung verwendet wird, bleibt seine Dispergierbarkeit konstant. Es erf\u00fcllt die Produktanforderung von 10 \u00b5m innerhalb der gleichen Schleifzeit. Dies liegt daran, dass es bereits einer der am besten dispergierbaren nichtmetallischen mineralischen F\u00fcllstoffe ist und nur begrenzten Raum f\u00fcr weitere Verbesserungen durch Oberfl\u00e4chenmodifizierung l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Bezug auf H\u00e4rte und Haftung zeigt oberfl\u00e4chenmodifiziertes Bariumsulfat keine nennenswerte Verbesserung gegen\u00fcber dem Originalpulver. Die H\u00e4rteunterschiede zwischen verschiedenen F\u00fcllstoffen h\u00e4ngen haupts\u00e4chlich von ihrer Mohsh\u00e4rte ab, wobei Bariumsulfat mit 3 als mittel gilt. Da es normalerweise nicht zur Verbesserung der H\u00e4rte von Lackfilmen verwendet wird, hat die Modifizierung in dieser Hinsicht wenig Einfluss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Bezug auf den Glanz verh\u00e4lt sich das modifizierte Bariumsulfat \u00e4hnlich wie das Originalpulver. Dies liegt daran, dass Silan-Kopplungsmittel haupts\u00e4chlich auf Hydrolyse angewiesen sind, um Hydroxylgruppen zu bilden, die sich mit Hydroxylgruppen auf der Mineraloberfl\u00e4che verbinden. Da Bariumsulfat einen geringen Hydroxylgehalt hat, ist der Modifizierungseffekt schwach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Titanat-Kopplungsmittel hingegen bilden \u00fcber Alkoxygruppen eine chemische Bindung mit dem anorganischen F\u00fcllstoff, wodurch an der anorganisch-organischen Schnittstelle eine organische aktive Monoschicht entsteht. Dies verbessert die Kompatibilit\u00e4t zwischen Bariumsulfat und organischen Harzen und erh\u00f6ht die S\u00e4ure- und Wasserbest\u00e4ndigkeit der Beschichtung deutlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Fazit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bariumsulfat bietet Vorteile wie ein hohes spezifisches Gewicht, dichte Partikel und geringe \u00d6labsorption, was zu guter Dispergierbarkeit und Haftung f\u00fchrt. Eine Oberfl\u00e4chenmodifizierung f\u00fchrt jedoch nur zu einer geringen Verbesserung dieser Eigenschaften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da Bariumsulfat eine Mohsh\u00e4rte von 3 hat, ist es nicht geeignet, die H\u00e4rte von Lackfilmen zu erh\u00f6hen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist aufgrund seines geringen Hydroxylgehalts eine Modifizierung mit Silankupplungsmitteln unwirksam, was zu einer minimalen Leistungssteigerung f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unter den getesteten Modifikationen erzielen Titanat-Haftvermittler die besten Ergebnisse.
