Es gibt zwei Hauptformen: leichtes Calciumcarbonat (gef\u00e4lltes Calciumcarbonat) und schweres Calciumcarbonat. Leichtes Calciumcarbonat wird chemisch hergestellt, w\u00e4hrend schweres Calciumcarbonat durch mechanisches Zerkleinern und Mahlen hergestellt wird. Ihre Dichten sind \u00e4hnlich \u2013 2,4\u20132,6 g\/cm\u00b3 f\u00fcr leichtes Calcium und 2,6\u20132,9 g\/cm\u00b3 f\u00fcr schweres Calcium. Nationale Standards bewerten die Qualit\u00e4t von leichtem Calciumcarbonat auf der Grundlage von Siebr\u00fcckst\u00e4nden bei 125 \u03bcm und 45 \u03bcm, die die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe und -verteilung nicht vollst\u00e4ndig widerspiegeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Zerkleinern und Mahlen von schwerem Calciumcarbonat variieren die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfen, sodass innerhalb eines Bereichs eine Verteilung von klein bis gro\u00df entsteht. Durch Sortieren k\u00f6nnen wir die maximale Pulvergr\u00f6\u00dfe und Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung steuern, um den Anforderungen an Kunststofff\u00fcllungen gerecht zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 976px;height: auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Heavy-and-light-calcium-1.webp\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beim Vergleich unbehandelter leichter und schwerer Kalziumf\u00fcllstoffe:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Ausgabeunterschiede<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Ersatz von schwerem Calcium durch leichtes Calcium kann die L\u00e4nge oder Fl\u00e4che des Produkts beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Schweres Calcium kann bei gleichem Gewicht der Rohmaterialien zu einer k\u00fcrzeren oder reduzierten Fl\u00e4che f\u00fchren, was m\u00f6glicherweise zu einer Minderung des Produktwerts f\u00fchrt. Ohne besondere Ma\u00dfnahmen kann der Ersatz von leichtem Calcium durch schweres Calcium negative Auswirkungen auf die verarbeitenden Unternehmen haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Preis<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Preis f\u00fcr Schwerkalk variiert erheblich je nach Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe und -verteilung. So k\u00f6nnen sich beispielsweise die Preise f\u00fcr Schwerkalk mit 1250 Mesh, 800 Mesh und 400 Mesh beim gleichen Hersteller um das Zwei- bis Vierfache unterscheiden. Leichtkalk ist weithin verf\u00fcgbar und im Allgemeinen kosteng\u00fcnstiger. Schwerkalk, der h\u00e4ufig aus Regionen wie Guangxi, Sichuan und Nordostchina nach Nordchina und in die K\u00fcstenprovinzen transportiert wird, bietet keinen Preisvorteil gegen\u00fcber Leichtkalk, mit Ausnahme des 400-Mesh-Produkts. Daher ist Schwerkalk im Vergleich zu Leichtkalk nicht preislich konkurrenzf\u00e4hig, selbst wenn Leistung und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe vergleichbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Einfluss der Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe und -verteilung auf gef\u00fcllte Kunststoffe<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je feiner die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicmicron.com\/de\/products-category\/horizontal-fluidized-bed-jet-mill\/\">Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/a> von schwerem Kalzium, desto besser ist die Leistung des gef\u00fcllten Kunststoffs. Leichtes Kalzium mit seiner feineren durchschnittlichen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe von einigen Mikrometern bietet eine bessere Dispersion und eine bessere Leistung in Kunststoffen im Vergleich zu gr\u00f6berem schwerem Kalzium. Um die Leistung von leichtem Kalzium in Kunststoffprodukten zu erreichen, muss schweres Kalzium eine kleine Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Verarbeitungsleistung<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit schwerem Kalzium gef\u00fcllter PVC-Kunststoff weist eine bessere Verarbeitungsflie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit auf als leichter Kalziumkunststoff. Das Gleichgewichtsdrehmoment in mit ultrafeinem schwerem Kalzium gef\u00fclltem PVC ist niedriger und die Zeit bis zum Erreichen des Gleichgewichts ist k\u00fcrzer. Dies liegt an der unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Blockform schwerer Kalziumpartikel. Sie sind beweglicher als die l\u00e4nglicheren leichten Kalziumpartikel. Dies ist bei spritzgegossenen PVC-Rohrverbindungen und hochgef\u00fcllten Waren wie PVC-B\u00f6den und Lamellenfensterplatten von Vorteil. Sie ben\u00f6tigen eine gute Verarbeitungsflie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit, die auch den Energieverbrauch senken kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
