Es ist mit allen Pigmenten gut kompatibel. Es hilft der Pulverbeschichtung, beim Spr\u00fchen die ideale Filmdicke zu erreichen, was zu einer hohen Pulverbeschichtungsrate f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barytpulver wird vor allem in industriellen Grundierungen und Zwischenbeschichtungen f\u00fcr Autos verwendet, bei denen eine hohe Beschichtungsst\u00e4rke, hohe F\u00fcllkraft und hohe chemische Inertheit erforderlich sind. Es bietet eine hervorragende Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit sowie Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen S\u00e4uren und Basen. Glimmerpulver beeinflusst die Schmelzflie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit von Pulverbeschichtungen und wird typischerweise in temperaturbest\u00e4ndigen und isolierenden Beschichtungen verwendet. Es vereint viele Eigenschaften von Glimmer und Tonmineralien. Bei Verwendung in Beschichtungen kann Serizit die Wetterbest\u00e4ndigkeit, Wasserbest\u00e4ndigkeit, Haftung und Festigkeit des Beschichtungsfilms erheblich verbessern. Au\u00dferdem verbessert es das Erscheinungsbild der Beschichtung. Farbstoffpartikel k\u00f6nnen leicht in die Zwischenschichten des Serizitpulvers eindringen, was dazu beitr\u00e4gt, die Farbe langanhaltend zu erhalten, ohne zu verblassen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat Serizitpulver algen- und schimmelhemmende Eigenschaften. Kalzinierter Ton beeinflusst die rheologischen Eigenschaften nicht, kann aber einen Matteffekt erzeugen, die Opazit\u00e4t erh\u00f6hen und die Wei\u00dfe verbessern, \u00e4hnlich wie Talkumpuder.
