Dabei handelt es sich um Fluidenergie-Pulverisierer zur Mikronisierung fester Materialien. Der Artikel beschreibt, wie Strahlpulverisierer mit Fluidkraft arbeiten und welche Faktoren die Qualit\u00e4t des Endprodukts beeinflussen. Der Artikel erw\u00e4hnt auch die guten und schlechten Seiten von Strahlpulverisierern. Die resultierenden Partikel haben eine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von weniger als 10 Mikrometern. Strahlm\u00fchlen pulverisieren Chemikalien, Pharmazeutika, Pigmente und Mineralien. Sie arbeiten auch an Materialien wie hitzeempfindlichen und korrosiven Materialien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den meisten F\u00e4llen ist die Mikronisierung eine Blackbox. Nehmen wir zur Demonstration eine Pfannkuchen-Spiralstrahlm\u00fchle. In einer oberfl\u00e4chlichen, runden Kammer finden Pulverisierungs- und Klassifizierungsvorg\u00e4nge statt. In diese Kammer wird Hochdruckluft oder starker Dampf geleitet. Es wird durch speziell angefertigte D\u00fcsen geleitet. Die D\u00fcsen sind gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig entlang der Au\u00dfenwand platziert. Die Anleitung bezieht sich auf einen Jet. Sie sind f\u00fcr einen kleineren, zusammengesetzten Kreis innerhalb des Hauptkreises gedacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Verfahrens wird das Material entlang eines konstruierten Tangentenkreises in diesen Wirbel eingef\u00fchrt und vergr\u00f6\u00dfert sich. Die steilen H\u00e4nge in der N\u00e4he des Jets sind solide. Sie l\u00f6sen eine Kollision der schwebenden Fragmente des Produkts aus. Dadurch erniedrigen sie sich durch Abnutzung und Zufall. Der R\u00fcckgang ist auf schnelle Kollisionen zwischen Materialfragmenten zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. Es sind keine Mahlk\u00f6rper enthalten. Die Strahlfl\u00fcssigkeit tritt \u00fcber einen Auslass an der Kammer aus. Er f\u00fchrt oder saugt die pulverisierten Partikel zum Zyklon. Schwerere, \u00fcbergro\u00dfe Bruchst\u00fccke werden durch den Zentrifugaldruck in der Mahlkammer gehalten. Sie bleiben dort, bis sie auf die gew\u00fcnschte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe mikronisiert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requirements-for-jet-mill-feed\">Anforderungen an die Strahlm\u00fchlenbeschickung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Futterinjektors bestimmt die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Futterfragmente. Gr\u00f6\u00dfere M\u00fchlen von 200\u2013300 mm ben\u00f6tigen einen Vorschub von 1,5 mm. Kleinere M\u00fchlen erfordern bei Bedarf eine bessere Futtergr\u00f6\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Qualit\u00e4t des Endprodukts kann durch viele Faktoren beeinflusst werden. Hierzu z\u00e4hlen betriebliche und physikalische Faktoren. Zu diesen Faktoren geh\u00f6ren die Geschwindigkeit, mit der das Material direkt in das System eingespeist wird, die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und der Druck der D\u00fcse, der Winkel, in dem die D\u00fcse positioniert ist, die Geschwindigkeit des Luftstroms, die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der zugef\u00fchrten Partikel, die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Breite der Handhabungskammer und die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Steckdose, \u00fcber die der Artikel freigegeben wird. Sie k\u00f6nnen alle diese Variablen w\u00e4hrend des Vorgangs \u00e4ndern. Allerdings ist es viel schwieriger, den Futterpreis zu \u00e4ndern, sobald der Prozess begonnen hat, um die gew\u00fcnschte Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Strahlm\u00fchle selbst steuert den Spiralstrahlmahlprozess nicht. Es umfasst viele Teile. Sie m\u00fcssen gut angelegt und verwaltet werden.
