They were looking for a Jet Mill to produce <strong>Wolframcarbid<\/strong>. Die Herausforderung war gewaltig, die <strong>Wolframcarbid<\/strong> Es handelt sich um ein Material mit extremer H\u00e4rte und Dichte. Die bisherigen mechanischen Fr\u00e4smaschinen unseres Kunden hatten folgende Probleme: Gro\u00dfe Partikel (D100) vollst\u00e4ndig zu entfernen, ist deutlich schwieriger als das Erreichen einer mittleren Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe (D50). Die abrasive Wirkung von Wolframcarbid f\u00fchrte zu einem starken Verschlei\u00df von Standardstahlbauteilen. Um die strukturelle Integrit\u00e4t zu erhalten, mussten die durch mechanische Reibung oft entstehenden hohen Temperaturen vermieden werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"color:#0693e3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Die L\u00f6sung<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach Durchf\u00fchrung einer Reihe von Pilotversuchen in unserem Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum empfahlen wir eine kundenspezifische L\u00f6sung. <strong>Wirbelschichtstrahlm\u00fchle<\/strong> zur Wolframcarbid-Herstellung. Im Gegensatz zum mechanischen Schleifen nutzt das Strahlmahlen Druckluft mit hoher Geschwindigkeit, um die Partikel mit dem Metall kollidieren zu lassen. <em>gegenseitig<\/em>, Dadurch werden Werkzeugverschlei\u00df und W\u00e4rmeentwicklung praktisch vermieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die strengen Reinheits- und Feinheitsanforderungen des Kunden zu erf\u00fcllen, haben wir Folgendes umgesetzt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keramikauskleidung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um eine Eisenverunreinigung zu vermeiden, wurden alle inneren Kontaktteile mit hochfester technischer Keramik ausgekleidet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hochpr\u00e4zise Klassifizierung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um sicherzustellen, dass kein einziges Partikel mit einem Durchmesser von \u00fcber 3,8 \u03bcm aus der Kammer entweicht, wurde ein spezieller Hochgeschwindigkeits-Turbinenklassierer integriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Optimierter Luftstrom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund der hohen Dichte von Wolframcarbid haben wir die D\u00fcsengeometrie so angepasst, dass die kinetische Energie f\u00fcr einen effektiven Partikelzerfall maximiert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"color:#0693e3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Das Ergebnis: Gleichbleibende Qualit\u00e4t, hoher Durchsatz<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der \u00dcbergang verlief reibungslos. Der Kunde erreichte nicht nur die nahezu unm\u00f6gliche Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung, sondern auch eine stabile Produktionsrate, die seine bisherigen Benchmarks \u00fcbertraf. Das resultierende Pulver wies hervorragende Flie\u00df- und Sintereigenschaften auf, was die Festigkeit der fertigen Schneidwerkzeuge deutlich verbesserte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
