Diese L\u00f6sung wurde aufgrund ihrer zentralen Vorteile ausgew\u00e4hlt, die perfekt auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Kunden abgestimmt sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Mahlprinzip beruht auf dem Aufeinanderprallen von Partikeln in einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsgasstrom., <strong>Eliminierung aller mechanischen Mahlmedien<\/strong>. Dadurch wurde eine vollst\u00e4ndige Abwesenheit metallischer Verunreinigungen garantiert, wodurch die nat\u00fcrliche Wei\u00dfe und die chemische Integrit\u00e4t des Bariumsulfats erhalten blieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der integrierte dynamische Klassifikator erm\u00f6glicht eine pr\u00e4zise <strong>Echtzeit-Schnittpunktsteuerung<\/strong>. Dadurch wird die Herstellung von ultrafeinem Pulver mit einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig engen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung gew\u00e4hrleistet, was f\u00fcr eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Dispersion und hervorragende optische Eigenschaften entscheidend ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die adiabatische Expansion des Mahlgases erzeugt einen K\u00fchleffekt, der thermische Sch\u00e4den am w\u00e4rmeempfindlichen Pulver verhindert und somit die Oberfl\u00e4cheneigenschaften unver\u00e4ndert l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das System ist f\u00fcr einen robusten, kontinuierlichen Betrieb bei gleichzeitiger Aufrechterhaltung einer Pr\u00e4zision im Mikrometerbereich ausgelegt und gew\u00e4hrleistet so eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Versorgung f\u00fcr die Gro\u00dfserienproduktion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Umsetzung und Ergebnisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EPIC POWDER \u00fcbernahm die gesamte Abwicklung, von der Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen bis hin zur Schulung der Bediener.
