The fluidized bed jet mill works by introducing the foaming agent into a stream of compressed gas. The particles are accelerated and collide at high velocity, fracturing into finer particles. An integrated classifier wheel ensures that only particles meeting the exact size specification exit the system, while oversize particles are returned for further grinding. This creates a steep particle size distribution with no oversized grains.
