This severely impacted their profit margins and hindered their competitive edge in the growing Central Asian market. The management team initiated a search for a more efficient and cost-effective cement grinding solution.
Their global search for reliable equipment led them to EPIC. The company’s strong technical expertise and proven track record in the field of fine powder processing stood out. Intrigued by the potential for significant cost savings, the plant’s engineers decided that a firsthand evaluation was necessary. A delegation visited EPIC’s factory in China for a detailed inspection and technical discussions.
During the visit, the client observed EPIC’s grinding systems in operation and engaged in in-depth conversations with the engineering team. Consequently, a contract was signed for EPIC to design and install a complete ultra-fine cement grinding production line.
The new production line has since been successfully commissioned, seamlessly replacing the old, costly jet mill. It consistently delivers the required product quality at a substantially lower operational cost, boosting the plant’s profitability and solidifying its position as a leading building materials supplier in the region.
